Very nice experience we were a family of 10 good treatment and friendly staff members like ANGEL GS from crown suites he was really helpful and nice helping me make reservations for such a big group. Besides that just don't let them trap you with the time share. You will have same vip benefits with a Groupon cupón just saying

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue regular debido a ciertos inconvenientes. Noté una marcada discriminación y favoritismo hacia los estadounidenses, lo cual resultó bastante molesto. Además, como suele suceder en muchos hoteles, intentaron vendernos un tiempo compartido. Queríamos aprovechar al máximo nuestro tiempo, así que decidimos ser sinceros y les dijimos desde el principio que no estábamos interesados. La persona encargada del tour reaccionó de manera grosera y despectiva, lo que dejó una mala impresión. A pesar de estos inconvenientes, el puerto y sus alrededores nos dejaron fascinados. La gente local es increíblemente amable, y la comida es deliciosa y muy económica. Estos aspectos realmente mejoraron nuestra experiencia y nos ayudaron a disfrutar del viaje a pesar de los problemas con el hotel. Nuestro objetivo principal era descansar, por lo que pasábamos la mayor parte del tiempo explorando las hermosas playas de la zona. Recomiendo encarecidamente visitar Punta Rucia; la playa es hermosa y los precios son muy accesibles. Aunque nuestra estancia en el hotel no fue perfecta, los encantos del lugar y la hospitalidad de la gente local hicieron que valiera la pena. Nos quedamos con ganas de quedarnos más días para seguir descubriendo más rincones de este paraíso.

Mi experiencia ha sido traumatizante, gastronomía pésima, las personas de la recepción un trato descriminatorio, poca variedad gastronómica, solo sirven pollo y pastas, sirven un poquito de pescado y dejan que las personas se amontonen para que la personas se desesperen y mejor se vallan, tienen el lifestyle Crown, el presidencial, el tropical, el Cofresi, entre otros y todos tiene que ir a comer al casa blanca con un calor infernal y al Cofresi solo 2 para todos los hoteles que tienen, y una discriminación que ni en el tiempo de la raza negra y blanca en su tiempo, le invito a que visite este hotel y compruebe por ustedes mismos si es realidad o no lo que expresó aquí, que lastimas que no tenemos autoridades competente que supervisen estas cadenas hoteleras que solo están robando el sudor de los dominicanos que con sacrificio pagan su estadía en un hotel para vacacionar y salen de seccionados 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

We originally reserved a 1 bedroom .Before traveling we paid a fee to upgrade to a 2 bedroom that sleeps up to 4 people. The other couple not able to come. We were told to pay for 4 people ($89 per person)the all inclusive fees for 6nights/7days.

El peor que he visitado en mi vida, si no hay billete no te tratan bien, comencemos con el Check in. Informacion escasa, después la habitación no estaba lista después de fuimos a la playa. El aire acondicionado malo, se nos perdieron cosas de la maleta, el gerente nocturno y el gerente de seguridad fueron unos groseros, no escucharon nunca y hablaron con jergas dominicanas, unos faltas de respeto, el día siguiente llovió y la habitación se llena de agua. El servicio es pésimo, para llegar a los lugares hay que esperar un autobús que dura más de 30 minutos. La animación pésima, como si estuvieran en un colmado. Que mal estoy con este hotel. Jamás jamás quiero volver

If I can give this place zero starts I would. The management needs to do better with their services. I was there with a friend for vacation for 6 days. We had blackouts almost every night because it was too hot or because of the rain. They would cancel the entertainment for the night, they had no plan B, they weren’t ready although this happens all the time I would assume they would make other arrangements for their guests. The rooms need to be updated, towels are so disgusting and unclean, I saw the cleaning person clean the entire counter with one towel then clean the cups with the same towel. The food at the restaurant was the same for the the entire week. I felt like I was an inmate in the cafeteria where they would give you the food themselves. I’ve stayed in lifestyle before and this was never like that. I want to be able to pick out my own food. The drinks were so watered down. This vacation was a nightmare. I think the only think I liked about the vacation was me being in the pool where no one bothered me. Although they wouldn’t even play mucus because the bar guy was on the phone and it was distracting him. Never coming back here again!!!

Un lugar bastante excelente para descansar, relajarse, divertirse y sobre todo para disfrutar en familia. El personal es muy atento y servicial. No hay tantas personas al rededor lo que lo conveirte en un lugar bastante tranquilo y relajado.
