The staff are amazing! They are so helpful and friendly. They can book you on tours at the last minute and even offered me coffee and a biscuit in the early morning because no place was open for brekky before my tour pick up. It is not the hostel's fault but the loud karaoke bar across the road keeps you awake till 2 am. It's handy to have ear plugs.
