The customer service was super helpful, incredibly easy to access and they smiled the whole time. The room was kept clean, and the food at breakfast was great in the sense it was freshly made for us every morning. We got really great value for money here and I would recommend to all of my friends and family if they go to Puerto Princesa. They even helped us get good prices for travel and I wish we knew about all the services they provide before we booked. We were just lucky that we found them.

About 10-15 min walk into town. Clean room. Free water and coffee/tea. We had to move to their neighbour hotel which was 100m down the road as they were over booked but it was just as nice and moved our bags down so not a big problem. Would recommend

I recommend 100%!!! Very very good hotel, spotlessly clean, warm, respectful welcoming staff. Nothing to say. He picks you up from the airport and breakfast is included.

The hotel is located near the airport and if you are staying for 1 night, then this is a very good option. Sign up with the hotel in advance and they will meet you at the airport. Also ask them to organize all the activities around Puerto Princesa if, like in our case, you do not have enough time to do it locally. We booked a trip to the Underground River, and then immediately from there a transfer to El Nido. Everything was implemented well, and the Underground River, of course, is a miracle of miracles.

The service provided by front desk staff, Anthony was superb (5 star treatment). Anthony is a credit to your hotel. We were so warmly welcomed and then offered a local restaurant recommendation and reservation. We had a super early morning flight and a shuttle was no problem and it was only a 5 minute drive. Everything was so clean and lovely. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

The place is really clean and staffs are friendly. They’re very helpful as well. The complimentary breakfasts are delicious. It’s a home away from home.

Very accommodating owner and staff, welcomed us upon arrival and served us with fresh mango juice- so refreshing after long hours of travel. Complimentary airport transfer was a plus! I highly recommend this place. Very organized as well. They will ask you right away what breakfast we would want based upon their menu and what time it will be served. I feel like the owner treats his guests just like his own children almost :)

Enjoyed a delightful one-night stay with my family at Casa Belinas in Puerto Princesa. Charming ambiance, attentive staff, and super clean accommodation made for a memorable experience while leaving Palawan. Convenient location, delicious dining, and overall welcoming atmosphere added to the appeal. Will definitely visit next time we come back to PPS. Maraming Salamat!

Accommodating of our needs, staff were respectful and delightful( always have smiles on their faces), patient, attentive and clean, quiet premises. A very good deal for what we paid for.

Owner and staff were beyond excellent hosts. Not only do they make individual fresh breakfast for each of their guest daily, they’re willing to do so at odd hours to accommodate your schedule. Only complaint is the general area, which unfortunately applies to most of Puerto Princesa. Not a whole lot do in the town, which consists of run down convenient stores within walking area. Would recommend this stay if just visiting for a day maximum to do the underground river tour or as a quick layover since it’s close to the airport.

If you want a 5 star hotel facility on a low budget, look no further. Very lovely and humble staffs make your stay memorable. Free shuttle, breakfast, drinks this one is gem in PPS town close to airport
