Servatur Hartaguna - Adults Only

Absolute gem of a place. Everything about it we loved😍😍. The staff are first class especially the reception staff and Tita behind the bar. They really couldn't do enough for you. The hotel is spotless, from the rooms, pool area and reception area. We stayed in room 205 with a whirlpool bath. The room was fabulous , the balcony was huge with astro turf as flooring, which was a fantastic idea. The balcony has a table, chairs and parasol along with 2 sun loungers. The whirlpool bath was absolutely fabulous and just what was needed it the hot climate 😍 👌. We ate at the pool bar a few times and the food was lovely. The happy hour 12 till 1pm is great. Yey the mango mojito you won't be disappointed. The omelette s were my favourite 😍 ❤️ . We found getting a taxi 🚕 to and from the main resort was cheap enough approx 5 euros each way. I highly reccomend the Tipsy bee 🐝 near the shopping centre, the ribs and drunken beef stew were exceptional. The vibe is great, but maybe book as it gets busy quick.. Theres Frans and also Oscars near the sea front, which were great finds for eating too. Steak from Oscars and the Skewer kebabs from Frans were amazing 👏 🤩 .. We will definitely be returning to Hartaguna in the near future🥰🥰🥰

We were thoroughly impressed with this hotel! For only being 3* it went above and beyond our expectations. The rooms and very modern, comfortable and spotless. The pool area is very well maintained and has a fab setting. The pool bar is very good however wished it would stay open a little longer than 5pm however there is a shop across the road for supplies. Plenty of sun loungers, cabanas and beds to choose from and a nice chilled out atmosphere. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. We would absolutely return to this hotel

My partner and I have just returned from a wonderful week at Servatur Hartaguna. We wanted a relaxing week of purely sunbathing and the hotel gave us the perfect base for doing so. A sunny pool all day, comfortable Bali-style beds, a spacious modern room and a big balcony. We cooked most meals in the apartment which had everything we needed and was cleaned regularly! We had lunch at the pool a few times too which was tasty, had a great happy hour and the friendliest staff. Would really recommend for a relaxing, quiet break in the sun! Tips: *The little supermarket in the hotel opposite was great for supplies and fresh bread. The pool bar at that hotel was also open later than hours and great for take away drinks *You can order takeaway food via Uber Eats if you arrive late like we did *The Tipsy Bee roof top restaurant in town is really nice for a more upmarket vibe & evening meal/ drinks and has live entertainment at the weekend

Beautiful rooms, clean, modern, friendly staff, room cleaned daily, nice views, beds are comfortable, can use Netflix, bottle of Prosecco, water and nuts where in our room upon arrival which is a nice touch. You have everything you need but not for us due to the reasons below - We booked a room with hydrotub unfortunately it’s not very private, as guests above can see directly into terrace and also can see directly from the pool area as the pool is on 4th floor and rooms with tubs are below. Pool area is lovely and clean, plenty of beds but not near the pool, beds by the pool are taken very early in the morning. Pool bar is expensive for drinks unless you use happy hour 12pm - 1pm. Can’t comment on food as not ate there. Has no designated area to smoke when using the pool, you either have to go to your balcony in room or smoke on the street outside main entrance. No music by pool - would be nice to have some quiet music playing.

First time staying at the Hartaguna as our usual Hotel was full. We chose the Hotel as we had seen over the last year it being renovated. Well we were certainly not disappointed. The hotel is situated half way between the Commercial Centre and Europa Centre lovely walk down to Mogan Mall or Beach but as always unless you’re an athlete get the Taxi back around €4. The hotel has been upgraded to a lovely spec and all rooms are beautiful. Bathroom is fantastic with a large walk-in shower, shower gel and hand soap supplied as free and a hair dryer. Kitchen area is great with all the usual fridge, hob, microwave, coffee machine etc., etc. There is a TV which you can even connect to Netflix if you have a UK account. The bed is extremely comfortable and ample wardrobe space (we usually have a separate room but this was more than adequate). You are provided with free pool towels and the safe and air con is also free. The pool / sunbed area is split in two with the bar in the middle, Pool is lovely and not as cold as our usual hotel. Snack bar is quite reasonable but as a plus they have a two for one happy hour. Staff are fantastic and very helpful and the cleaners are amazing. Overall had a fantastic Holiday and would definitely return.

First holiday away with my partner. We stayed here for 8 nights and it was brilliant. The room was very clean and the staff were great. No kids and no smoking which was a bonus, the walk up and down to the mall is a bit heavy but does keep you fit 😅…..

Clean, modern and comfortable throughout. Can’t fault a single thing. Great 1st impression of the hotel when we arrived with the immaculate entrance/reception area. Our room 209 was just amazing, spotlessly clean, beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows were exceptional. The room was well equipped with self catering equipment (we didn’t use any as we ate out) fridge again was spotless with a small freezer compartment. There was a bottle of water in the fridge for us on arrival which was much appreciated after a long day travelling and a late arrival to the hotel. USB ports also in the room which was very handy! We were also really impressed with the free safety deposit box as we fully expected to have to pay for this. There’s a hairdryer in the bathroom and the hotel also provide pool towels which we never expected! We also made use of the laundry room to freshen up some of our day wear €4 for a load and the machine has built in detergent and softener. Pool area was immaculate with lots of places to sunbathe and no rush to put towels out as you could get a bed whatever time you got to the pool. The pools itself was fabulous and the food and drinks at the pool bar was great and reasonably priced, we had breakfast and lunch and were very satisfied with the quality. Staff at the pool bar were some of the best we’ve come across on our travels, Professional, friendly and really gave off the vibe that they wanted to do the very best to make our stay a happy and memorable one. Really loved the 12-13 happy hours for the strawberry daiquiri! There’s a luggage room to store luggage on departure day and you can book a shower slot over in the sister hotel Montabello which was a straight forward process, you can also use the lifts over in Montabello to take you almost to the bottom of the hill! All in all we were really sad to leave and will definitely be returning in the future and wholeheartedly recommending to family and friends. Thank you for an amazing stay.
