Un ottima struttura molto ben organizzata, staff gentile e professionale e sempre pronto a venirti incontro per qualsiasi problema. Le camere sono ben tenute e dotate di aria condizionata centralizzata, hanno una vista eccellente (almeno quelle con la vista sul mare).

Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas hay varios aspectos importantes que deberían mejorar: mala calidad de las toallas y albornoz habitación, mala calidad de bebidas como por ejemplo el vino, en el bar de la recepción ni tan siquiera sirven unas aceitunas. El trato del personal muy bueno y las instalaciones también.

Hemos estado en el hotel con un Day pass, el recibimiento por parte del recepcionista que se encarga de dar la atención fue poco empatica y con pocas ganas de trabajar a nuestro parecer,ya que la explicación fue rapida y sin dar pie a pregunta alguna, supone que estamos en un hotel de 4 estrellas superior y creo que esta persona no está a la altura o tenia un mal día. Las taquillas antiguas donde para guardar tu ropa tienes que poner 1 euro, el hotel esta un poco descuidado en las zonas exteriores .Hemos estado en el hotel de la misma cadena en San Agustin y en la misma forma y la atención es espectacular, trato agradable y atención acorde con el ambiente.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for many years, though it has been about 12 months since my last visit. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay which ends tomorrow. The hotel has undergone significant changes, including refurbishments and new staff, and I can honestly say this visit was exceptional. The hotel is at its best, particularly with the newly refurbished restaurant which includes an extended selection of wines and seating options. The food is excellent, especially the fish—possibly the best it has ever been. The staff are kind, attentive, and have a genuinely warm attitude and a welcome you would struggle to get anywhere else! The hotel is a true credit to the manager and all the staff. This visit was especially important to me due to a family member’s ill health, and the staff have been outstanding. They welcomed my extended family and made this a holiday to remember. The entertainment staff, particularly Patrick, were fantastic. He’s been the best we’ve seen in the many years we’ve been coming. My nephew loved every minute, and he and his team are wonderful with the children including all nationalities and ages. Whilst the hotel was fully booked, I do have one minor feedback regarding the sun loungers and that is to remove the towels as per the rules. Unfortunately, some guests reserve them despite warnings not to. While there are enough for everyone, the best spots are often taken but left unused.

A lovely hotel but with some reservations. PROS Fabulous views from public rooms Friendly staff Wonderful food Large rooms and powerful showers High cleaning standards CONS A lot of noise from the road and on occasions from the beach bar in the resort. Erratic WIFI Steep slopes to the resort from the hotel. Some rooms have limited sea views Limited TV channels. For us the road noise would stop us returning but for those people who spend less time on their balcony this may be less of an issue.

Excellent stay yet again booked again before we left for 2025 . Restaurant refurb was excellent and staff recognise us from 9 previous years which is always a good sign. Room standard and cleanliness as always of the highest standard. We got the room request my fiancée requested which we we so delighted about The days were filled with sunshine and of course Patrick who kept us all entertained and gave his all to involve all the guests. He def makes the days fun filled even into the evening he is still there to keep us entertained. His dedication to his work and guests is another level. Along with the other staff who recognise you from previous years it really important when you get the greatest smile and welcome.

Just returned from our 9th year at Gloria royal. 9th year should give an indication of the reason we return ! Fab hotel, room staff cleanliness rooms variety and great food .Booked again for 2025. No faults at all with the hotel and got the room requested. This year I felt patryk from the animation team went above and beyond with his attention to all the guests and gave us so much love and interaction with all his activities. This year I have to say the evening entertainment was the best especially with patyrks involvement getting the guests involved. He is a credit to Gloria and can’t wait for our next visit to see him and all our friends we have met the last few years

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room is bright and spacious and extremely comfortable. Pool area is also spacious -perhaps too many sun beds very close together. Food in the restaurant is also very good with many choices. My only fault with this hotel is the lack of d decent bar. In order to have a pre dinner drink you need to go to the pool area and after dinner the lobby small bar which does not have draft beer. The entertainment is poor overall and the show area would benefit from a make- over. With the good sunshine and food we enjoyed our stay.

Sono stata in questo hotel la prima settimana d’ottobre . Lo consiglio ,camera spaziosa pulita, ottimo cibo ottima accoglienza personale gentile e cortese . 2 piscine per chi interessato ,ma di fronte all’albergo spiagge super organizzate e pieni di locali. ( dall’albergo si attraversa la strada ed arrivi in spiaggia ) Cittadina di Puerto Rico carina piena di locali supermercati Ci torno ben volentieri e lo consiglio
