Everything was lovely! The rooms, staff, breakfast. If you want sunbeds you need to get your towels out early. There’s lotsssss of steps!! Perfect location with lots of choices to eat. About a 10min walk into the main town. Definitely will visit again

We stayed in the Deluxe split level room and it was lovely. It had great facilities and had a nice view of the marina. Only downside is the steep steps down to the pool and the marina beach front. There is plenty of choice for breakfast and great BBQ night on Fridays. Lots of restaurants nearby and local supermarket. Ferry to Mogan to the local market on Friday was worth a visit.

We had a fantastic stay highly recommend! Lots of thoughtful touches like complimentary sweets and wine upon arrival. The staff are polite and the pool and rooms are stylish and relaxing. Would come again! close to local restaurants and beach. Always loungers available and a good mix of guests

Fantastic stay at Marina Bayview. Apartment was spotless, amazing views over the marina from our bedroom. Food at the bar was amazing, great choice, quality ingredients and good value. Shame they stopped serving at 6pm! Staff so attentive and friendly, our flight landed in Las Palmas at 20:40 so rather than get the tour operator coach, reception arranged a private transfer for €60 (one way) so we got out for a meal on the first night too. If you are mobile, don’t worry about the stairs, they’ll keep you fit! Couple of nice restaurants at the bottom of the stairs and a handy supermarket too! Boat trip to Mogán is a must!

Just got back from 1 weeks stay at Marina bayview. Stayed in apartment B109. We arrived late and the security guard gave us everything we needed and showed us the way to our room. Very impressed with the room. It was clean spacious and beautifully decorated all in keeping with the hotels ‘sea’ theme. There was a sofa and coffee table with a tele on the wall. A dining table with 4 chairs. A kitchenette with everything we needed. Cooker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster etc etc. a large bedroom with wardrobe and another tv mounted on the wall. The bathroom had a large shower and toilet with the sink being outside the bathroom door. We had a huge balcony in the prefect location to the pool and the hotels facilities. We were bed and breakfast and the morning spread was absolutely out of this world. You had everything you could think of for breakfast. Coffee machines, infused water, juices and cava. Pastries, croissants, biscuits and breads. Jam, honey etc. yogurt and fruit pots with lots of toppings such as chai seeds, pumpkin seeds etc etc. a verity of cereals and milk. Meats cheeses and pickles. Smoked salmon. Cooked breakfast of bacon, sausage, eggs fried and scrambled, hash browns, mushrooms, tomatoes, tortilla espaniol, pancakes, beans ….. I’ve properly missed something out to be honest as there was so much choice. Super easy process give them your room number and help yourself. The pool was cold but very much needed to cool us down. It’s a salt water pool. People do put towels down on lumbers but not until around 8am / 8:30am. We didn’t have any problems getting our sun loungers right outside our room all week. The bar food at lunch is fantastic. The beef burger chicken burger the chicken burrito and the chicken club were all fantastic. Drinks at the bar are reasonably priced too. However the bar does close around 6pm Unless it’s an event night. There is a hot tub and cabana beds on the middle floor of the hotel. Along with a courtesy room on your departure day should you need it. This is free but does need to be booked at reception. There are 2 superset shower and toilet rooms with a vanity area to freshen up. It is very hot in there though. Yes there are steps. But there is a door just passed the sauna that your room key will open that takes off around 60 steps. Meaning you only have around 139 to climb. It didn’t bother us. But they are exhausting coming up and definitely do not get easier as the week goes on. I booked a massage at Marina suits and it was fantastic. Pedro was so lovely and make me feel at ease throughout the treatment. The massage was perfect also. While we were at the marina suits we sussed out the pool as we know we could use it and decided to spend the following morning down there. It’s nice but there are still children there ….. As you leave marina suits and head back to the hotel there is a small restaurant next to the harbour. Definitely worth a visit. The sangria is amaz

Well what can we say other than this was the most beautiful hotel in the perfect of settings. We fell in love with Marina Bayview and Puerto Rico so much so we are planning our return visit. We had a delux duplex apartment and we would do this again as it was nice having the living area and kitchenette on the ground floor and stairs to a separate bedroom and bathroom. We arrived late on our first night (after 11pm) but had no issues with check in etc. We did arrange for a private transfer via the hotel ( having read lots of comments on a Puerto rico page re transfers ) best decision we made as we would have been the last drop off as was first pick up on return transfer. This no doubt shaved between an hour -1.5 hours off the trip which given the time and duration of our stay was worth every penny. This service was extraordinary and one we would do again to start out holidsy that bit sooner. We took advantage of the BBQ on the Friday ( having read the reviews ] this was lovely , live music in the background and 20 euros per person. I had read lots about the stairs but my partner and I actually quite enjoyed the challenge and on average walked up twice a day ( I ran up once but that was after a couple of drinks and in hindsight was a stupid idea! ) We loved the location by the harbour , it suited us as it was so beautiful and led to our daily walk to amadores beach/ the water taxi at the Marina. Discovered Wigwams on the first night, what a place ! Discovered durty Nellys on the last night. Didn't really eat in the vicinity as was only away for such a short time and in that time we visited and ate at little venice and one evening watching the sunset at Amadores beach. When we return we will definitely try the restaurants known as Olas Center as apparently they are some of best in the area and right next to the hotel. Check out I'd a very generous 12 pm and we had access to a room for a shower before travelling back that has to be the prettiest courtesy room I have ever seen. We had an issue with my partners suitcase as we were leaving and the hotel not only assisted with providing tape but also taping the suitcase for us. Nothing was too much trouble , the staff are all incredibly hard working and friendly & nothing was too much trouble. We can't wait to rebook x

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel, yes it has quite a few stairs to gain access if you don’t get a taxi but it is worth it if you are able to do stairs, very quiet and right on the harbour, 10-15 min walk to main centre but there is a small area next to the hotel with a few restaurants and a supermarket The Hotel is immaculate with fresh towels issued daily and all staff are very polite and helpful Our room was like a wee townhouse with bedroom upstairs and a lovely big balcony with loungers, table, chairs and umberella, tv in lounge and bedroom kept my other half very happy Will definitely be back

It was a pleasant surprise to find out that the hotel pictures don’t do the place justice! We were given a Select villa (C112) and it was so spacious and clean. A nice touch that they give you a welcome bottle of wine. The resort is so peaceful day and night! The views from our balcony were absolutely amazing, overlooking the marina. Balcony’s are very spacious. This hotel would be perfect for those looking for a very relaxing stay, sometimes the pool area at Bayview seemed *too* quiet (almost silent, no chatting amongst people and no music although was a very clean, modern pool area). However, you are given access to the sister hotels facilities (Marina Suites) and this was stunning, it was still relaxing but had a bit more of an atmosphere. We used the Marina Suites pool area every day and having the combination of the apartment in Bayview and the pool in Marina Suites, we feel like we had a perfect stay accommodation wise. Yes, there are quite a few steps up to the hotel but they are do able and take 5 minutes. Only tiny downside to the room was the mattress topper sometimes slipped down the bed, it seemed like two twin beds with a mattress topper on top, although wasn’t a major inconvenience and was otherwise very comfy.
