This trip feels that Ctrip is very unprofessional:
1. The order shows that the reservation has been made successfully, but when I arrive at the hotel, I find that there is no such reservation
2. Assuming that the hotel does not give Ctrip a confirmation number, at least there is still time to notify the customer before check-in, why there is no such step
I had no choice but to contact Ctrip repeatedly, but what I got was more than three hours of waiting. During the period, the customer was asked to communicate with the front desk to see if there was any room available. The language barrier and the peak occupancy time made it impossible for them to work all afternoon. In the end, I had no choice but to live in a different hotel with my fellow team, and it took me an afternoon, and the purpose of team building was greatly compromised. Too much delay.

Antes de llegar al hotel me di la tarea de buscar comentarios y reseñas acerca de él, vi comentarios tanto buenos como malos, y fui con la idea de que no la iba a pasar bien. Llegando al hotel mi perspectiva cambió completamente a una positiva, hay lo necesario en cuanto a comida y entretenimiento. Solo me toco que los elevadores estaban fallando. El personal en general fue muy amable.

Es un gancho para quererte hacer socio de Unlimited vacation y se molestan si les dices que no queries. Mi estancia fue por aceptar ese desayuno te dan un certificado de regalo con la condición de ir a una platica pero de verdad no acepten nada es un fastidio.

My family made a last-minute trip to Puerto Vallarta and didn't know what to expect at the Sunscape based on some mixed reviews here, but we were so happy with our stay! We booked through Hyatt, which means we were guaranteed the newly remodeled rooms and didn't have to wear wrist bands (for the all-inclusive food etc). We really enjoyed the great buffet and other restaurants, great service, and we like that Sunscape is a popular resort among Mexican families on vacation from places like Mexico City. It was nice to feel like we were really in Mexico with Mexican people, which is not the case in many resorts that cater only to foreigners. We will be back again!

Llegamos al hotel alas 6:30 am y no se nos permitió el acceso asta las 7:15 y nos tuvieron afuera en la calle eso sí está muy mal deberían permitir el acceso de perdido al lobi el check in es tardado y el check out no es tan tardado pero lo malo esque si hay gente haciendo check in tienes que esperar asta que te toque en la fila para poder hacer tu check out deberían separar check in y check out

The title says it all, unless you are looking for a place that you will only sleep at. Otherwise I would highly recommend any other hotel. This is mainly for locals.

Not your typical Hyatt experience. The staff was great, which was really the only highlight. Food and drinks are incredibly lacking, cleanliness of the hotel and rooms overall was not there. The beach was great and the location is easily accessible to most things. Unfortunately I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone until they do some serious renovations.
