Overall the property itself is fine. I purchased the all-inclusive option and the service was horrendous! Takes an hour to get a beer. No beer or water in the room. Everything takes way to long and you have to wait around and sign for every single thing. Not the experience I was hoping for. The rooms were next to an allyway that was very loud at night and the trash trucks etc are beeping outside your door around 5 am nonstop.

We loved the beach and the staff were lovely. We would stay again in a heartbeat! Some of the things we didn't like: room advertised didn't look anything like the room we got, I called the front desk a month before our arrival. I asked to have 2 cribs in our room they said they put a note on my file and to remind the front desk when we checked in. I reminded the front desk they said no problem. We never saw a crib, check-in is long because they talk to you about checking out their other resort, our room was on a second floor with no elevator. We have a 1 year old and 2 year old. Hauling the stroller up the stairs was not fun, we were excited for the sushi restaurant however it took 2 hours from the time we ordered to get our food. Other tables that came after us got their food before us. Our two toddlers were going crazy being hungry. Would not recommend that restaurant. The Seafood restaurant by the beach was our favorite and the food was delicious. Surprisingly the Sports bar restaurant and Italian was good too! The store on site was great. It had everything you could need. The only thing is that it was expensive. We did all-inclusive and it was amazing especially having our kids with us it made our trip so much more relaxing not worrying about getting food and cooking. We loved that room service was included too! Overall, it's an amazing place and so many good memories made.

It’s very average overall, the food was very plain and the service was lacking because there isn’t enough people on staff. Everyone is nice enough though.

This hotel is quite beautiful, food and drink is of course unlimited. I will say that service does tend to be a little slow, and they are sometimes a little rude. But keep in mind they are always backed and busy, i mean you try deal with a bunch of American tourists.
The best part is free room service three times a day 24/7. The room service team was amazing, less than 30 minutes to get piping hot food delivered. With the copious amounts of options, room service was better than some of the restaurants.
