Staff were all so sweet especially the hostess and servers in the buffet restaurant. Also very comfortable beds l, and the maid service was fantastic and accommodating. This was our sixth stay at this location and we will definitely be back.

Pros:
- Good location
- Huge rooms
- Close to Malecon
Cons:
- Too crowded
- Noisy
- Only real option for lunch is their buffet place
- Pool is not clean
- Time share
- Staff could be a little more friendly
- Buffet is too busy/crowded
We had paid via Trip.com for the room with breakfast buffets included. The check-in staff said the payment has not been done and we still had to pay for the room and buffet separately. After 2 hours of confusion and waiting with a 1 year old, it was finally resolved. The staff did not feel sorry or apologize at all for their mistake.

Buenas tardes, fuimos el tour de jardinería, nos dieron todos los pormenores de cuidados de las plantas, tipo de plantas siembran, nombres coloquiales y nombres científicos, nos atendió Victoria Cruz, excelenteeee guía, felicidades.

Excelente atención en todos sus restaurantes. Y excelente atención por parte de brisa y Roberto. Y en el área de piscina. Román y el papito en todos los restaurantes excelente servicio lo único q no me gusto es q cerraran el restauran. Gaviotas donde son meseros brisa y Roberto. Lo recomendé a otros. Huéspedes. Y resultó q no tenían servicio por que lo cerraron

Denisse que estaba en kids club , la verdad es buenísima , super atenta y entretiene mucho a los peques , mi hijo salía súper feliz , de verdad muy buena persona ☺️♥️ y d le todo lo demás del hotel , siempre es un placer regresar , amo todo , la atención de todo el personal y las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias , la comida deliciosa y los snacks

Vicky Cruz nos dio un gran tour para conocer la gran variedad de plantas que tienen en el hotel. Vicky conoce bastante de plantas y el tour estuvo genial, explicando todo y resolviendo todas las dudas. Además tuvo la amabilidad de regalarnos semillas para siembra. Gracias Vicky
