The experience was terrible, we found the hotel very expensive for how it really is, the facilities are ugly and the service was very bad. We would definitely never go back.

Excellent hotel, clean, staffs friendly have free show every night at 9 pm but I don't enjoy the variety because only local stay , the beach not clear water dirty and on the beach I want to relax, enjoy the sun to get tan local come by to sale stuffs so annoying. I won't come back again. Sorry to say . I rather stay at my home go to my home beach . disappointed.

The rooms definately need some upgrading and work, especially the bathroom, Drywall was soggy from moisture I'm sure and very soft, and some mildew on side of shower glass.Several light bulbs were out in our room, they were reported, but not fixed. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, we were only in our room to get ready and to sleep, so would stay here again but probably request a nicer room. Roof top pool very relaxing until guests brought their huge speakers and would blast their music, very rude and disrespectful of others. Food in all 3 restaurants and the buffet food was outstanding. We would definately consider coming back! :)

El servicio es bastante bueno, recomendaría reforzar el tema de servicio con los baristas, el restaurante Bellavista excelente servicio por parte de Juan y su equipo, recomiendo mucho reforzar el tema de las bebidas sin alcohol, ya que en dos ocasiones a pesar de haber pedido mi bebida sin alcohol, me la trajeron con alcohol, considero esto parte importante ya que así como yo se que puede haber mas personas que por alguna situación no hagamos consumo de bebidas alcohólicas, por lo cual considero importante reforzar este tema para evitar posibles disgustos o algun problema mas grave. A quien corresponda muchas gracias!, saludos!!!.

Restaurant food was good. Buffet food could be updated with different food everyday. Beach area was nice and clean. Wish the vendors would leave you alone, so you can relax more. They need to stay over the rope. This was my only complaint about the hotel. Talked to manager, he didn’t seem to care. Shows were very good.

The service was good but the condition of the Hotel was poor. It was in serious need of an update. The decor in the hotel was quite dated and most of the furniture in the room was damaged in some way. The food was not bad and the views from the room were great. The room smelled musty. We had to leave the patio door open all day and night. We would not stay there again.

Muy acogedor lugar, el buffet bella vista muy completo en alimentos, todos los días hubo variedad y muy ricos. Se me hace un lugar muy tranquilo y relajante para esas personas que quieren despejarse del trabajo. Solo como opinión sugeriría más atención en la limpieza de las habitaciones

La atención en bares y Bellavista seguro lo mejor del hotel, lamentablemente una plaga en nuestra habitación y la falta de amenidades básicas en nuestra habitación a nuestra llegada lo que marcó nuestra estancia, aunque se hicieron cargo de nuestras prendas contaminadas por la plaga sin cargo hubo reducción de algunas de nuestras prendas al ser atendidos por lavandería, agradeciendo la cortesía para el uso del spa quienes también brindaron un excelente servicio por tal suceso sin embargo el cambio de habitación tardó más de lo esperado y no fue sino hasta que tuve que solicitarlo qué se realizó una verdadera lastima.
