We went with my partner to the private room and the experience was horrible. The staff in charge of reception is a DISASTER, they do not have the slightest preparation and no criteria. Faced with various problems with the guests who occupied the cabin on the first floor, (who first entered the balcony and took the furniture from our terrace without asking for permission, and then arrived absolutely drunk, shouting and violently hours later), We asked the reception to relocate them and in view of their refusal (based on the lack of availability of other rooms), we asked them to return what we had paid for the remaining 2 nights and their answer was no, since in that case, due to policy from the hostel, they would penalize us with 50% of our reservation, before this response we required to speak with the manager but according to what they informed us he was on vacation, so they only answered us (according to our request) 6, if SIX, hours later.
