Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose the Hotel Ming for its location.my late check-in and overnight stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. During my recent stay at Paya Bunga Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by its prime location at the heart of the city, offering convenience and accessibility to local attractions including PB Square and the famous Nasi Dagang Atas Tol (KT Branch), not forgetting the Pasar Payang too, it only takes less than 10 minutes to reach.. What set this stay apart was the hotel's restaurant located on the 11th floor. The ambience of the dining area and the food itself was nothing short of superb. •Price & package - affordable (USD30-32/night); •Hotel amenities - all basic needs available- air-conditioner, towels, toothpaste & brush, water hearer, coffee & tea bags; cable tv (with limited channels), shared water cooler at every floor; A public Cafe is ready available at the ground floor behind the hotel reception; •Location - 40-45min from local airport, annex to China town, with many cafes, local Malay & Chinese eateries nearby, walking distance; also near to reclaimed beach nearby; •Parking - those who drives can park at the daily parking lot (usually available after 6pm) or park at nearby public pay parking facility. Roadside parking - pay using online or pay at parking meter box/pole around the parking lots; Language - hotel personnel speak local Malay language & English

room okay,clean..toilet very spacious..tv has astro njoi..room equipped with aircon&fan..iron/cold water@hot all outside the room..pantry&table for eating also.. There are many chairs outside the room (while you can sit there when you check in) the important thing is to remove shoes/slippers before entering the hotel again ye ☺️ The location is very close if you go to KL highway
