The air conditioning control broke and we couldn't lower the temperature. Only on/off option.
Breakfast starts at 8.30, and for the Redang boat trip we went to have breakfast somewhere else since the excursion started at 8.40.
Comfortable beds.
Very little water pressure in the shower.

We stayed in a chalet. The chalet was very basic, without a cupboard, a shelf... but really spacious. The bathroom was also large, the shower jet was very weak. The artificial grass in front of the door was inconvenient, just wooden planks would have been much more practical. All in all we were quite satisfied with the location and the spacious room. We thought the price was way too high for what we got, and the staff hardly seemed to know anything. One young man was very friendly but quite helpless, the others were not friendly. One man even looked at you disapprovingly when you brought something to the fridge, because he thought it was unthinkable that a can of beer would be put in his fridge.

La qualité du logement est tres moyenne, la salle de bain est sale et dans un état médiocre.
Nous avons été réveillé le matin à 9h par les travaux du bâtiment qu’ils construisent collé au notre. Nous n’avons pas été prévenu par l’hôtel lors du check’in qui plus est.
Ce type d’hôtel ne devrait pas être proposé à 60€ la nuit mais beaucoup moins. Nous avons effectué une réservation tardive et il restait peu de logement, d’où le choix de cet hôtel.
Notre expérience n’a pas été bonne, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.
Le nom de l’hôtel est EMPIRE et il n’a pas été changé sur les sites de réservation.
Enfin, commentaire pour l’hôtel : il serait judicieux de participer au nettoyage de la plage car on y trouve des déchets tout le long, ceci est affligeant et pas agréable.

Précisons tout d'abord que nous avions la chambre de 4 avec vue sur la mer. Celle ci apparaît comme l'une des plus récentes. La chambre était parfaite mais ma salle de bain était déplorable surtout pour le prix payé. Mais l'emplacement dans cette super baie, calme, dotée par ailleurs de bons restaurants accessibles et bon marché permet de faire passer les aspects négatifs. Les commentaires lus avant notre arrivée sont parfois excessifs nous semblent il mais sont compréhensibles lorsqu'on compare le prix élevé et le service donné. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais et n'est pas vraiment à l'écoute ni véritablement serviable. Avec le défaut de propreté le prix peut paraître vraiment excessif. Mais le séjour dans cette baie reste merveilleux : beauté, plage, spots snorkeling magnifiques et accessibles à pieds et à la nage. Bref, si vous n'êtes pas trop regardant sur le confort de la salle de bain et que vous avez la chambre deluxe... Le séjour est tout à fait recommendable!
