No one at check-in or check-out. You had to call to get the key during the official check-in time.
The heating was turned off in the evening, so it was freezing cold at night. The room was completely outdated, mattresses were open and squeaked.
I was unfortunately deceived by the website. The only positive thing was the cleanliness. I didn't use the room the second night I booked!!! Never again!!! Unfortunately, if I hadn't read the reviews beforehand, I wouldn't have booked it anyway.
