We recently stayed at Sunny's World and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The hospitality was far below expectations, the staff was unprofessional, and the room conditions were unacceptable—unclean and poorly maintained. The overall management seems completely disorganized and lacking accountability. It’s high time the owner takes charge, visits the property personally, and ensures basic standards are met. Would not recommend.

Unprofessional receptionist and other staff. Rooms were not cleaned. No one was present at the activity area to attend, we need to find them for activities. Though the food and hotel staff was nice but Room service is not available. Swiming pool is nice and cleaned.

it was a decent stay overall.room was good with all the mentioned amenities.cleaniless should have been better as there was lot of dirt in the rooms corner.linen and bedding were clean though.
property is nicely built.swimming pool is really big.
Reception was quite attentive.They answered and attended every request very promptly.
Restaurant service could have been better as it looked like it they were short on staff.
Breakfast buffet was yummy with many great options.

Toilet smells, need exhaust Good property, need to maintain Courteous staff and helpful Adventure park was fun, close to city food was fantastic. Had wonderful morning in the shiv temple, made out of black stone. Will be visiting again with family and friends

Little poor in terms of services. Be it non availability of service staff, first aid kit at reception, intra transfer vehicle taking 30 mins for only 1 driver at a time. Good experience with adventure and gaming activities.

Sports Kindom at Sunny's World multiple games, Badminton court is really good for play in Sunny World. I regularly played Badmibton at sunnys World resort pune, it's biggest court have 5 court. really good nature, cleanliness, supportive staff with well maintained. Must visit at Sports kingdom.
