This is my second time here and the place is just within 15 minutes from the airport. Clean and green living in pune is common and one gets that feel in my daddy's home for sure. The best thing about this place is the personal attention of the host on almost anything one needs. Very clean and airy rooms. Lot of phone charging points. Furniture made from recycled boards adds to the environment friendliness. A nearby store (like 7/11) provides the necessities, adds to the comfort.

Worst experience, owner is very greedy, no any facility, demand 2000 more money for room and air conditioner. I recommend for not choose this hotel for your stay.

The property is located in a peaceful colony. We didn't eat a complete meal from the owners. We ordered from swiggy and got the plates from the owners of this property. They charged us for it. The washroom didn't have an exhaust fan. Liquid handwash or any other soap was not available beside the wash basin.

Location is only the positive point about this place, the place is not a value for money. I had a very short stay so i didn't try the food, but rooms are not worth for the cost not even tv nor drinking water was available. The beddings and room was also not that clean just average, it was a kind of dormitory feel rather than hotel.
