Hotel was good ,

They sick at hygiene. Big reason I won’t be staying again. The toilet seat. The bedsheet. Toilet shower were dirty.

The room was spacious and quiet. The structure does not seem well maintained even in the common areas, the carpet is dirty, a lamp in the room did not turn off. The open kitchen of the restaurant is messy and unhygienic, you can see the dirty and peeling walls. The breakfast is varied and good.

Property is in desperate need of a refurbishment. The whole place needs a fresh coat of paint . Was disappointed with the hotel on the whole

We booked the place for 9 days and had to ask 5 times to get a refrigerator that is so basic. The first four requests were ignored because there was a wedding they were busy with and we were polite in our requests. We finally got it when we yelled. That works here! Basically, to service the wedding folks, they removed stuff from our room, including the safe.

no towel served in the room unless giving a call. not refilling shower gel. counter services is less than expectation, no body comes out while many people queuing.

Hotel's location is very easy to reach and the best part is the food quality is too good.

Clean property, good location. Having stayed here multiple times, they have improved their food variety and quality.

We were able to get Uber to the airport at 3am without any problems.

Check-in time of 3pm is cheating and contacting hotel on phone is neigh impossible

Staff were courteous, ready to lend a hand, food selection and quality was high standards

I have stayed multiple times at the property and had a positive experience. The staff is helpful and responsive. The property is clean and located in a center location near Railway station and city center. However, this time we felt the quality was a bit low. The rooms were equipped with toiletries for 1 person for room booked for 2 people. The inroom dining options need a lot of improvement, the options are less, quality of food is bad - we ordered dosa and got watery sambar with it.

The hotel was dirty and stinky, there was a cockroaches in the menu card that was given to us. We were a family of 4 and did not enjoy our stay due to smell and hygiene issues.
