My recent stay at JW Marriott Pune was a disaster. The room I was given was shockingly dirty, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. However, the worst part was discovering that the bottled water provided was expired and contaminated with mold. I fell seriously ill after consuming it, causing me to miss important work obligations. Despite an apology from the hotel, the experience has left me with a deep distrust in their ability to maintain basic hygiene standards. I expected much better from a Marriott property and will not be staying here again. If you value your health, avoid this hotel.

Stayed here for a business trip for one night in Pune . Arsad Manyang was amazing and looked after us in the exec lounge with amazing food and drinks. World class service and made sure that our glasses were never empty! Would recommend for anyone staying in Pune.

Celebrated my 10th visit with the Front Office staff in the lobby which was a very nice surprise and it’s been yet another outstanding visit - the staff are fantastic especially in the Exec Lounge - with a special mention for Kavita, Manyang and Deepak as their Customer focus is world class

We had an incredible stay at the JW Marriott in Pune. We were here for 2 weeks and by the end the staff felt like good friends. Arsad in the Executive Suite was attentive and had the best food suggestions. The whole crew greeted us like family, even asking where we were when we skipped a day or two. The rooms were comfortable and well kept. Everyone we interacted with were kind and incredibly welcoming. Highly highly recommend this hotel. The executive suite add on is well worth the extra charges.

Arsad Manyang took such good care of us in the lounge. The food was delicious and the drinks were excellent too. The room and the views over the city were lovely. I definitely found this one of the best hotels around Mumbai I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again. Lovely experience - 10/0
