JW Marriott Hotel Pune

The JW Marriott, Pune is second to none. Like most leading organizations, it’s the people that make the difference here. India has fantastic hospitality in general, but the JW Marriott Pune Staff is exceptional among exceptional. My favorite experience was my morning breakfast routine. I’d head up to the executive lounge on the 23rd floor. It is here that I’d check in with Kavita who would ensure I was having a great start to my day. She somehow remembered my name (what I asked her to call me) as well as my room number. Then I would sit and before I knew it Arsad was at my table with my favorite morning treat, black coffee. Arsad also remembered my name, was always pleasant and professional and on top of anything I might need. Not only that he was here in the evenings as well for happy hour, remembering drink choices for colleagues and myself. It would be incredible if he did this for me, given I was staying at the property for 11+ nights. Even more amazing is that he did the same for all the other guests as well both morning and evening. Chef Anil in the lounge made the most amazing eggs, and I’d always get a big smile and chat with him as well. The scrambled eggs (with green chilis!) is the best I’ve ever had. He creates beautiful, tasty plates and enjoys that you enjoy. Another wonderful personality at the JW. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention Paschaa. Rooftop dining, Indian cuisine. Anamika was a joy. A bubbly personality that wanted to make sure I had a 5 star experience. Needless to say I did. I returned a few times to eat there over the course of my stay. Highly recommend this restaurant and of course Anamika. I have to give a shout out to Joshna who took care of housekeeping in my room. It was always spotless and had extra touches that I’ve not seen anywhere else. 10/10 at this hotel. Amazing

Nice property nice pool great food nice view from rooms.. everything was great.. no complaints.
