We were in a group when we booked the hotel, I was surprised when I arrived, The ambience was very cozy and comfy. The friendly staff and area was a good spot Food was great too.

Hotel is pretty but old, tbh a little too pricey for what offers. Location is perfect, close to airport and business area in Pune.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all essential amenities. The staff was polite, helpful, and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and transportation. Housekeeping was prompt, and the overall service exceeded expectations. The food quality at the in-house restaurant was also good. I especially appreciated the comfortable beds and quiet environment, which made for a restful sleep. Hygience is a concern for such rating hotel. Aging tooth paste stains are on toilet curtain.

The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast is delicious and has a lot to choose from. The room is clean. The reception staff is very nice. The bed is soft.

Got a little problem at check out while my booking was prepaid through trip.com Novotel had not received the payment and wouldn’t let me leave. Asked me to settle the problem with trip.com my side.
