The lift was smelling horrible as if someone had peed in it. The staff service was average and breakfast was not up to the mark.

Good stay at Krishna Residency pune. Good service & staff. The room had electric kettle, small dining table, 2 chairs, dressing area. bathroom was at height, getting in & out was bit difficult Maybe they could add a step outside the bathroom

The cost does not reflect the quality of the service provided. The service was lacking. The bedspread and sheets were stained and dirty. When i requested a replacement, i was informed that no better options were available. Throughout my two-day stay, i was unable to get hot water in the bathrooms. The mattress quality was also very poor. The rooms are not soundproof, allowing road noise to enter and significantly disrupt sleep quality.

They don't provide 1 rupee shampoo sache, even after charging 3. 5k ! they are proud of this! what a innovative way of cost cutting / cost control! penny wise pound foolish!
