We booked and paid for a villa 8 days in advance, only to arrive and find out that they had given it away to someone else. Instead of being honest, they LIED, telling us there was roadwork and asking us not to come. We still went, only to find the road was perfectly fine. When we checked the villa we had actually booked (because the other guests hadn’t arrived yet), it was NOTHING like the pictures. Completely misleading! To make things worse, they refused to refund our money that day. We had to call them again and again for 10 DAYS before we got our refund. Every day it was the same story—“We will process it tomorrow.” Absolute fraud. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being lied to and strung *****.
