Lush green property surrounded with beautiful mountains and valleys… Large villas with luxury amenities and breathtaking views… Food at its best with its organic home grown vegetables.. A Must visit property. Excellent service and friendly staff adds more value to the property.

Our experience at this resort was nothing short of distressing, especially as a family traveling with a baby. I booked this place with high expectations, but the internal transport system completely failed us and turned what should have been a relaxing vacation into a nightmare. As a breastfeeding mother, I had gone to the spa for some much-needed relaxation, trusting that the resort’s internal transport would ensure I could return to my baby promptly if needed. Unfortunately, when my baby started crying due to hunger, I could not get back to her in time because the transport service was inefficient and unreliable. My husband, trying his best to get the baby to me, faced an ordeal that no guest should have to endure. He carried the baby in one hand, the stroller and umbrella in the other in heavy rains, repeatedly climbing stairs between the room and the road, waiting for the promised car. Despite numerous calls assuring him a vehicle was on its way, it never arrived. He stood helplessly in the rains, waiting for a service that the resort failed to deliver with a hungry crying baby for more than two hours. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable, especially at a resort that markets itself as family-friendly. It’s not just an inconvenience—it’s a matter of basic care and safety. I urge the management to reassess their internal transportation system and communication processes. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend this resort to anyone, particularly families with young children.

We had the most Wonderful experience at Dharana. The treatments are wonderful with awesome staff and food. It's a great place to unwind and relax . Far Away from the city chaos. Don't miss this experience. Looking forward to comeback soon. ...

Excellent experience. Words can not describe the serenity and peace we felt as soon as we entered the resort. From start to finish our experience was brilliant Amazing place, staff and facilities. Complete ayurvedic treatments, amazing therapies. Dedicated staff. Staff were amazing at the restaurants. Dr Pranathi was very accommodating and brilliant. Guruji gave us good yoga and meditation experience. Dr Jayant was amazing at his physiotherapy skills. Tasilma at the reception went out of her way to help us. Saurav who was dedicated to our room was brilliant and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. The Drivers were brilliant, I wish I could remember everyones names, the ones that come to my mind are Dutta, Arvind, but the whole fleet of drivers were brilliant, polite, smiling and went out of their way to help us. The stream walk and waterfall hikes were also great experiences the guides Ashish and Nilesh were brilliant. Abhimanyu was brilliant in co-ordinating the treks. Madhu at the knowledge centre was so polite and helpful Dr Arun Pillai - Dr Akashay, Deepak were amazing. Poonam, Preeti, Anita, Glorify were very good at the therapies. Parimita at co-ordinating. All the chefs were brilliant - Akshay was very helfpul in the culinary class. I will be going back very soon Madhuri Sept 2024

1)The transportation withen the resort is ridiculously slow - it can be frustrating reaching your therapies and activities as the waiting time for the vehicles could be 45 mins to 1hour after repeated calls Very understaffed for such a huge resort Waste of precious time and it makes you tired and and annoyed 2) The resort blocked out the Italian restaurant with their signature infinity pool for 2 days due to a large group of foreign guests We felt cheated as we could not enjoy the beautiful pool and restaurant during our 2 day stay 3)The resort is beautiful and the therapies are nice It would have been really relaxing if we didn’t face the above issues

Left with a sour taste. Only come here if you get a great price deal. Otherwise it's not worth it. Place is worth 20k/night at max 25k.
