It was a very nice stay with a family. Very supportive and polite staff members of reception -Mr. Sushil, Mr. Sandip, Mr.Madan and Mr.Kaif. A good amount of food variety available for the breakfast. Thanks for maintaining cleaniness too!! Nice place to stay calmly and would recommend.

To start with, this hotel is situated at the heart of city very convenient, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Excellent food and super excellent staff for service. Room was well equipped and comfortable which makes you feel at home. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Special mention: 1. Karan Singh - service 2. At Wok Toss, the fusion of flavors and textures creates an exceptional dining experience. The ambiance is sophisticated yet relaxed, with subtle Asian-inspired decor enhancing the atmosphere. The menu offers a diverse selection, from vibrant Thai curries to savory Japanese sushi rolls. The standout starter was the Korean BBQ short ribs—tender, marinated to perfection, and accompanied by a zesty kimchi. For the main course, the Pad Thai was a delightful blend of sweet and tangy with just the right amount of spice, while the sushi platter showcased fresh, high-quality ingredients and expertly balanced flavors. Vegetarian options are plentiful, and the crispy tofu with a citrusy dipping sauce was a highlight. Service was attentive and knowledgeable, with staff eager to offer recommendations based on personal preferences. Good service by Ashwin and Savio.

Excellent service.. I visited regularly prior to COVID pandemic.. but visited now after a long time.. Madan & Aniket were especially helpful in assisting in everything.. from food service as well as other amenities..all members of my family & friends who visited me were enchanted.. Stay at E Square the fern hotel Pune Greatly impressed at the entry wish the humble and most cheerful persona of front office Manager Sri Madan & Sandeep both are very Courtesy most caring and RESPONSIBLE AND RESPONSIVE I have stay in Many hotel across country and abroad including USA And Dubai but both are simplicity and smile impressed me a lot.. This was my second visit to hotel e sqaure fer, and I'm always amazed with the service and warm welcome by the hotel staff, all staff are very helpful and well manared, specially i like to thank me. Madan (manager )very helpful beyond the way, fr arranging transport.. also Mr Sandeep from front office making our stay a good experience... Thank you everyone.. surely going to visit again!
