No toiletries you have to collect from reception. Rooms are smelling, toilets are not clean also no hot water

This hotel overall feel nothing more than roadside lodge. Please read my full review to know how this hotel works. Nobody at entry gate to help with luggage’s. Check-in process is very slow for all people. Room booked premium suit but its nothing more than normal deluxe room. Room was total different than pictures. But they says they have this room as suit only. Centralized ac cooling is very slow. Even at 16 for all 2 days. It feels not cold. Also at least 50 times power failure happen, and every time power goes ac doesn’t start automatic. So, at night it’s a big headache to woke up and start every half n hour. My room no is 405. Shower not working and water not getting drained off. Second day lift was not working. Neither anyone there to repair. They have 2nd lift but kept it closed too. Reception has no answer.

Booked this place through MMT and it didnt disappoint me. The place was 30min from airport. Rooms were spacious and neat.

Rooms were clean. Good house keeping. Ok for official trips. Nothing exciting to stay with family, but wont go wrong. Food is good with good service at restaurant.

My stay was short, room space is big enough for two, clean, good furniture and clean bathrooms. Hotel location is excellent and fill like away from city sound pollution. Good parking space.

We had visited the hotel first time in feb-24 early morning . We had a very smooth check in . The receptionist was so kind. The rooms are good enough have ample space proper ventilation and lighting. The bathrooms are very neat and clean. The breakfast is so good and had wide variety including south Indian dishes but the Britannia cake has its own charm. The dinner is also good. You have always 2 choices veg and non veg for dinner. Last but not the least their staff Mr. Tushara, Miss Pooja and Mr. Gaurav are very kind and helpful. Overall the experience is very good and a must visit place
