It is a good property located in easily reachable with our hassle. Regarding food, amenities and services very satisfying.

Very bad room condition: smelly bathroom. Ac was poor. Interior is complete junk. It’s time to renovate. Zero parking facility. I will never go there again!

Commode pipe was leaking. Very feeble latch (old type) - feels no safety. Small cockroaches in the bathroom. Toiletries provided but toothbrush packet was all open not packed. So not sure about hygiene. Water bottle was not packed.

room had mosquitos entering at night. ac doesn't have remote and dust particles were coming out. pillo covers had hairs, mattress were dirty. water flow in the 🪥 washroom was not adequate. slow running water, shower lid was broken.

Please exclude this hotel from your list. Try to refund our money. No warm water / solar in the morning. Rusted bathroom fittings, plenty of cocroches, shabby bathroom. Why makemytrip is listing such hotels ? it is affecting trust on makemytrip.

AVOID IF YOU CAN ! Being located at heart of the city the hotel is terrible providing services to their customer. It's old style place but they charge you like three star hotel. Management clearly do not respect/value the customer money. In a single line it's upgraded lodge with window AC ( which make noise) installed in room. Lastly please carry your own water bottles as they do not provide complimentary water in the room
