All good specifically the view from your window towards mountain.... Nice place to have your weekend with full of peace and awesome..... climate...... Food is good with multiple verities...... Good place for small kids..... Pool is with clear water.....

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was a standout feature—every meal was a gourmet experience with a diverse selection of local and international dishes. The resort's amenities, like the pool, were well-maintained and added to the overall sense of tranquility. Whether you’re looking to unwind by the pool, or explore the local area, like the Tiger point, which is very close to this resort, Cloud 9 has something for everyone.

We had an excellent stay, good food, relaxing ambiance. Each meal was a delight, with a wide variety of dishes that showcased both local flavors and international cuisine. My 4th time visit in cloud 9 Lonvala atmosphere totally worthy and foggy climate all time all staff is good cleanliness also 5 star But there is no doctor facility There is a hospital after 4 kms in ambay valley Rabindra Sahu is Very Good Staff And very co-operative in everything..

Rooms are cleaned & well maintained, staffs are polite & their services are prompt. Restaurant food is excellent with superb taste. Rabindra sahu sir is very cooperative & helpful. There were two swimming pools & club house with indoor games.

Nice experience. My daughter’s birthday celebrated at could 9. Team made our stay memorable. Decoration thanks to Rabindra Sahu, Shubham Thanks to Amit for cottage at nice location. Resort location is very scenic. Due to rainy days , we saw only fog most of the time.

We had an incredible team outing at Cloud 9 Resort in Lonavala! Our group of 70 people had an amazing time and enjoyed every moment to the fullest. The staff at Cloud 9 were exceptionally helpful and polite, making our stay truly comfortable. Special mention to Rabindra Sahu, the organiser, who did a fantastic job of arranging everything seamlessly. The food was absolutely delicious and loved by the entire team. Kudos to Cloud 9 Resort for providing such a wonderful experience! Highly recommend it for team outings and corporate events. We can't wait to come back!
