Have been here with my friends for a coffee and had a nice experience. Shivani was very helpful for suggesting which all restaurants they have.Laudree the coffee shop was the one which she suggested and trust me it was the best. Hope to visit it again.

A Comfortable and Convenient Stay at Ritz Carlton Pune,||I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ritz Carlton Pune, and I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and professional staff Specially Shivani made me feel welcome and ensured that check-in was quick and seamless.

Would like to thank the team at Ritz Carlton, Pune for the amazing stay on the weekend. Their service was top-notch, as you would expect from a luxury brand, but they provided Maldives level of service which was beyond my expectation!! Special mentions of Somesh at the 3 Kitchen, Manish their F&B manager & Aayam at aasmana bar. Only suggestion would be to provide a lighter duvet suitable for pune weather as an option.

One of the best rooftop restaurants we have ever experienced in Pune location.This is one of the go to restaurants or dinner date for us.This time Aayan and Victor served us amazing drinks and great hospitality. We would love to visit again this place.

Great hotel but can be better
The Ritz is a great hotel and the Executive lounge really needs to improve on staff and the variety and range of snacks. Also the prior resevation of seats is not acceptable if each guest is not informed. My suite was great and the cleaning staff where excellent .
