While my partner was here on business, we had the time of our lives. Everything we could want or need was provided by Rupesh, Kumal and colleagues. All restaurants and buffet meals tasted divine and were served with courteous aplomb. Our suite on the 17th floor was fit for royalty. Housekeeping was truly exceptional. One day Komal actually helped me, with such grace, to dress in a saree, when I was gifted with cultural attire by local friends. We plan to return to the Carlton Ritz with regularity and look forward to be welcomed again by familiar faces.

I visited Ritz for my annual party and I was amazed to see the luxury Ritz offer. Multiple lifts with huge walking area and delicious food. Valet parking was quick. Entrance is huge.

I visited for breakfast and had a wonderful experience. They were kind enough to surprise me with a beautiful birthday cake, which made the visit even more special. The restaurant manager, Chaitanya and all the staff, were excellent and took great care of us. My family had a relaxing time, even with our 1.5-year-old baby. The food options were fantastic, and we truly enjoyed the meal. Highly recommended.
