We stayed here for a night's stay with family of three members. But to our surprise we were given a room with two separate single beds and an extra floor bed which we did not expect. During check-in the manager did not bother to ask us for assistance with luggage. Everyone there seemed so unprofessional as though they all had a bad day that we didn't feel comfortable to ask. We were too tired from our journey. Breakfast buffet was bare minimum spread but the quality and taste was good.

Overall a good stay, though few things can be underlined, staff at buffet are bit rigid, they peep in our table and food all the time. Key card got malfunctioned due to low battery. Rest ok

Location of hotel is excellent, very much in heart of the city, clean surroundings, hotel room and bathroom very well managed, lots of parking place. It would be good if acs are upgraded

Yes location and area is having great surrouding near by market area for necessary things. Had 2days dinner also and breakfast been really good. Service is i find helpful and cooperative in good manner. The service boy sits there was really good for my taking care of my luggage there when i checked out and went out for a while and came again for dinner without stay.

Location is perfect but hotel is more of corporate hotel and rooms are little small. But staff is courteous. They are available 24*7 without any complain

Hotel was comfortable, food was very good. I had to ask for toiletries for extra person in the room also, had to specifically ask for water bottle and toiletries. I had taken the room for a family of 3 including super senior citizen. The hotel was unwilling to provide a late checkout, and after a lot of requests allowed late checkout of 1 pm. Some flexibility and care to such guests will take the experience to even higher level. Location is very good.
