Right in the middle of Koregaon park with amazing roof top pool and brilliant rooms with a nice bath tub. highly recommended

Rooms outdated and not clean Electric power off and on Thursdsy no electricity for four hours Surrounding rooms being upgraded too much noise and dirt

I made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)

Not a very pleasant experience at O hotel Pune. I have travelled worldwide in leading 4 star and 5 star hotels, but this one is the worst amongst all. This hotel has few rules, which no other hotels have in the world. The inhouse dining is super expensive. 1) They don't allow outside food. 2) Today being our wedding Anniversary, it was mentioned in the registration form, no one asked about it. No complimentary cake also, which other hotels in this category provide. When we got a small pastry from outside shop, they started making noise over that small pastry also. So does the hotel expect us to buy their super expensive cakes or go out at 12 am to celebrate outside ??? 3) Bath tub and wash basin is outside the room. Bathroom is super small. Toilet and bathroom have no latch to lock it. Not a single tap in the bathroom if someone wants to wash their legs, one needs to use the shower. 4) The Complimentary internet does not support Amazon fire stick. 5) Moreover it's the orthodox attitude of the Management and their weird Puneri rules, such rules don't exist in any hotel in the world even amongst their competitors. In short this hotel lacks the basic facilities. They say it's European concept, who needs it, we are in Pune (Maharashtra). For Rs 7300 for 1 day, it's a sheer waste of money and I won't recommend it to anyone .

I was staying here with my wife. A guest in a room nearby was having a party on the room. When we couldn't sleep at 01:30 in the morning, my wife went to talk with the other guest to ask them to reduce the noise level so we could sleep. The guest in the other room ignored her and turned rude. So we informed the reception. For a while, they didn't do anything, so we called again. They sent a security guard, and the guest scolded the security guard. From the loud conversations, I believe I could hear another guest arguing with the drunk trouble maker as well, but I'm not sure. Occasionally, the noise got less, just to become loud again the moment we were about to fall asleep. But can you imagine what it does to your body when you're trying to sleep and for two hours, every time you're about to really fall asleep, you're woken up by abrupt noise? The noise didn't stop, so we called the reception again. We could hear the guest say that because we complained they now intended to not give us any sleep. The hotel staff still didn't take any action. They could've made the guest calm down, they could've offered us another room, but nothing. When my wife was about to fall asleep again around 3am, the troublemaker banged the fist on the door with so much force, that my wife got a panic attack. When I touched her chest, her heart was racing so fast and violently, that we both thought she's going to have a heart attack any moment. I had to take her to a nearby hospital. At 4am, we returned to the hotel, and heard that the trouble maker has checked out. But other than warm words, the hotel has not done anything to compensate us and right the wrong that for 2 hours, they allowed the trouble maker to freely rob other guests of their sleep and get one of them to the hospital instead of supporting the peaceful guests right from the start. While the hotel premises are nice, the lack of support by the hotel management to deal with a terrorising guest leaves me in anguish, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Doesn’t matter you are couple or single and staying at this hotel, you are not safe because they don’t care at all. I end up at hospital but even general manager didn’t come to meet me and be sorry for the incident they guest caused me. I can provide hospital reports and bills. They even didn’t care how much I paid to hospital that night. The drunk Indian boy trouble us during night and said he will not let us sleep and at the end he run to our hotel room while we were sleeping and then I reached to hospital with heart beat of 170 and then once I backed to hotel they manager start arguing with me and not ready to call the boy father and told me that boy checked out from hotel which was lie. I asked to meet general manager and CCTV but they made excuses and so rude they told me if I have problems then non of they business and I go to police. Top of that they guests instead of being sorry for the trauma that happened to me, in the morning while check out at hotel lobby they saw me and they made fun of me. I have all the necessary documents and the drunk boy voice recording and hospital report to support what I written here.

Stay was amazing and service is very appropriate Ambience was good and food taste was amazing Thanks to nikita madam she is very very helpful for the room booking and early check in And thanks to prasad also very co operative We will visit again here

I am a good traveler and I can say that it is easy to find nice hotels that belong to luxury chains but finding a 100% professional staff is very difficult, however in this hotel from the doorman to the reception, breakfast waiters, cleaning, all of them with exquisite education and professionalism made my 10-day stay special.

Great to look on the outside, crumbling service on the outside! Prearranged a roll away bed, was assured it will be in the room when we check in. It wasn’t. Sahil at from desk gave us the dreaded “5 minutes it will be there” assurance but took a long time for the bed to show up. One towel in the room; Hair in the shower, hair in the toilet (gross!), water damaged toilet walls, lukewarm shower water temp, internet didn’t work and we got the same dreaded 5 minutes assurance from Nikita at front desk and it didn’t work for a bit. Finally, this wasn’t an issue for us but it could be an issue for you: you cannot bring any outside food into the hotel. None. We saw an overzealous doorman checking every bag for food. A couple that got some snacks from the German bakery outside had to throw away their pastries. We saw a pile of discarded food from snacks to dinner outside the door. Also, their restaurants close early at 11 pm - so just kiss any late night snacking goodbye!
