The service has to improve. Stay was good. Place is good. Food from tasty bite is good but room service needs to improve.

Very badly managed. For basic things like soap and shampoo in bathroom we had to call the reception. Wi-fi didn’t work at all the whole day. Manager told us that the breakfast is included but when we reach the restaurant, they send us back. Very humiliating. When we ask manager he tells he is new and gives justification that because so much deductions such as gst etc are in the bill, we don’t save much, hence we cannot give breakfast. At arrival no staff was available to pick our luggage and take to rooms.

I had traveled to pune for my son's admission and since this hotel was nearest to the colleges, had booked the same. However, the experience was bad and hotel staff was unprofessional. Room, was dirty, toilet had stains and even the bucket provided in the washroom was dirty. All in all a bad experience.

Hotel rooms are fine, except they don't keep basic needs of say dental/shaving kits. Limited dining experience, yes we can have in-room service from next door restaurant. Breakfast service was just good, not great. Options are limited and slow in delivery. Given my purpose was to reach mit-id in the morning, chose this hotel (nearest. Price wise this is little more expensive for the experience.

It was my hard-luck, because pandharpur varkari was going on and i got stuck in the mid-way for few hours ; so i finally reached hotel just to take bath !

Stay was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, cozy and well maintained. Food is also very tasty and they follow the cooking instructions carefully.
