Enjoyed my stay. Unpretentious hotel which gets the basics right. Great location. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Great maharashtrian food. One thing i hate about hotels in mumbai or pune or goa is the staff are always outsiders who know nothing about local culture. Not the case with shreyas. Here because all staff are marathi they can guide you to make your visit to pune more enjoyable.

There are many kinds of breakfast, the food is very fresh, located near the airport, a little farther away from the city, you can take a tuk tuk ride and experience the crowdedness of India. The hotel can call a taxi, but the price is more than twice the price.

I recently visited the park Indore.|It has a beautiful interior. The best hotel in Indore. They have multi cuisine restaurant (epicenter). They have a roof top lounge bar (aqua) both are beautiful. The staff of the hotel is also very nice.... I would like to mention Shivani she is very nice

However, I wanted to bring to your attention a concern I faced during check-in. When I was allotted my room, the documentation mentioned Room 402, but the key handed to the staff assisting me was for Room 407. When I pointed this out, expressing my concern about the discrepancy, the staff member responsible denied any mistake and was unwilling to acknowledge the error. While I want to emphasize that nothing problematic happened during my stay and that all other staff members were courteous and professional, this particular incident made me feel uneasy, especially since I was staying alone. I believe that accuracy in room allotment is crucial for guests’ sense of security, and I wanted to highlight this matter for your attention.
