Hotel Lago Titicaca needs some serious renovations to claim they are a 5 star hotel. Service at the front desk was not too friendly and the restaurant seemed to follow behind which might require looking at the entire team. They have a property that is capable of being truly remarkable but ownership and management just don’t know how to make that happen. Very sad.

We had a wonderful stay at the GHL hotel in Puno. The room was very comfortable and warm in the cold climate. The down comforter and lovely sheets and pillows made for a good night sleep. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and we appreciate the attentive and professional staff and management. We will recommend this hotel to friends visiting Puno.

. Eu apartamento foi lindo demais o amanhecer gostei muito e tambem o servicio muito profesional. O café de manha foi muito selectivo a fruta e os panes tudo e sua atencao muito boa. A comida da janta foi gourmet delicioso e o spa os masagems foi muito profesional.

El día 19 de agosto cumplí un año más de vida y tuve el privilegio de ser agazajada en GHL Hotel Lago Titicaca con un desayuno buffet, siendo atendidos por el joven Johan Flores, quién muy amablemente y de formas atenta y cordial nos ayudó con las diferentes opciones de ofrecía el Hotel, es más el joven Johan Flores junto a un compañero tuvieron la amabilidad de cantarme por mi onomástico, estoy sumamente agradecida por haber tenido la oportunidad de disfrutar de este día especial, muy buena la atención, el trato excelente.

The food was delicious and excellent,we enjoy their peruvian style food very much, the Atmosphere was cozy and beautiful, best wibdow view over Lake TiTiCaCa, our server Jorge was Extraordinarily. We highly recommend it to our friends and family.

La experiencia en el hotel fue increíble, desde que llegué al hotel la amabilidad del personal me sorprendió, las instalaciones son cómodas,el desayuno buffet increíble y delicioso, se puede ver un amanecer increíble al igual que el atardecer, recorrer la isla es realmente relajante. Agradezco haber conocido Puno y haber pasado mi estadía en el mejor hotel de todo Puno✨.

En mi ruta hacia el sur llegue a Puno, en mi estadia en este hotel fue fenomenal desde el ingreso hasta la salida muy bueno todo en especial el restaurante los Uros, servicio personalizado muy bueno, desayuno super bueno completo con zona libre de gluten. Gracias!!! La mejor opcion en Puno.
