不吹不黑 認真評價一下
1.攜程定的是山景超大床房，給安排的雙床房，溝通無果後找了攜程，攜程説酒店方收到的就是雙床套餐，攜程補了差價給我
2.酒店設施很不齊全，甚至沒有抽紙，衹有衞生間薄薄的捲紙，整體設施沒怎麼拍，圖二將就看一下
3.並不是每天都打掃衞生，水需要找他們要才會給
4.入住期間有裝修，午休時間瘋狂打鑽
5.酒店靠着Titicaca湖，風景沒的説
6.服務也還可以，衹是基礎設施確實不太行

Beautiful hotel! Outdoor areas are awesome! Swings, alpacas, sheep, gazebos and the beautiful lake view! Restaurant has great food. Plus oxygen is available in case you need it!

Hotel położony nad samym jeziorem Titicaca, z dostępem do przystani, z której odpływają statki wycieczkowe. Dobrze urządzone pokoje zastaliśmy posprzątane, ale okropnie wyziębione. Z tego powodu trzeba je było ogrzewać non stop całą noc. Rano, pomimo wcześniejszych próśb, nikt nas nie obudził, co zresztą powtórzyło się następnego dnia. Śniadania dobre, czego o kolacjach (może poza zupami) powiedzieć już nie można - mięsa były twarde i bez smaku.

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am See ist wunderschön. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstücksbuffet entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Das Angebot ist sicher gut gemeint aber bei der Umsetzung ist noch viel Luft nach oben (Geschmack und Vielfalt). Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und schnelle Reaktionsfähigkeit des Personals.
