Não condiz com as outras Casa Andina que conheci no Peru; até a
CASA ANDINA STANDARD MACHU PICCHU é melhor; principalmente em relação ao café da manhã.
Não gostamos também do fato da gerente do hotel tomar café da manhã com os filhos/família no salão. No último dia em que ficamos no hotel, havia somente uma funcionária (tadinha, super querida) pra dar conta de tudo; um abuso...

El lugar es increíble y muy agradable. Además los trabajadores de este sitio te ayudan mucho y son muy amables desde el primer día y hacen que la estancia en este hotel sea una experiencia todavía mayor. Gente como Fredy siempre ha estado atenta a ayudarnos y le doy un 10 por su gran amabilidad. E igualmente Jesús al cargo del bar nos sirvió unos pisco sour deliciosos y estuvo atento a nosotros durante nuestra cena para que estuviéramos como en casa. Gracias a todos y muy recomendable este hotel para disfrutar unos días en el lago titikaka.

Fue un viaje familiar. El personal fue muy atento. Nos ayudaron a pedir taxis cuando lo requeríamos. Y además, nos proveyeron oxígeno cuando uno de nuestros adultos mayores lo necesitó. Súper recomendado, las vistas fueron hermosas y se sintió la privacidad.

The hotel location is amazing, right at the lake and a very peaceful location. The breakfast is wholesome with plenty choices. Rooms are clean, fresh linens and comfortable beds! The balcony view is awesome!
Service by Miriam and Ronald at the front desk is very welcoming. They took care of our needs and addressed our questions. Jimmy, the bell boy was very courteous and helpful too!

Everything was excellent, beautiful view of the lake, great breakfast , excelente pisco sour, the restaurant was great! The staff was very helpful and really nice. The room was big and comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake, very comfortable beds

The front desk staff are excellent. Fredy was very very helpful whenever I needed anything. There was one issue, the cafeteria was down two full sets of stairs and I was not happy with that, having a severe knee problem. They should at least have an elevator.

La habitacion, la atención de todo el personal y los otros servicios que ofrecen son de primera calidad, los desayunos en el restaurant del hotel todo un lujo y la atencion y recoemdaciones que nos dio el Sr Julio durante la estancia fue de maravilla, en suma una experiencia inolvidable. Stayed here for 2 nights as part of our Peru tour. Hotel was very nice, room & bed comfy, staff were very friendly & helpful, special thank you to Jimmy for being so helpful with our bags up & down all those stairs & a gravel driveway! Bar was nice & cosy. We didn’t really get breakfast as our tours left very early & the breakfast room was pretty well overloaded in the peak hours of 6-7am. Lovely garden & views of the lake from many rooms, along with s small balcony.
