EL CHECK IN SE ATRASO UNA HORA Y NUNCA SE NOTO UNA PREOCUPACION POR PARTE DE LOS FUNCIONARIOS DEL HOTEL ANTE LA SITUACION, EN GENERAL SON MUY LENTOS PARA CUALQUIER DUDA O PETICION, LO CUAL ES FRUSTRANTE. CREO QUE EL PRECIO ES ELEVADO PARA LO QUE OFRECEN

The stay was just ok
It was ok. The room wasn’t that great. Not alot of comfort but my family and I were only staying for a quick overnight.
The morning service was great. Staff was friendly and breakfast was very good.
The pool seems to be the hi-lite of the hotel. Kids loved it.
overall stay was ok. We didn’t venture outside the hotel.

Al llegar me dieron una habitación sucia todavía con ropa de cama de los anteriores huéspedes, luego dieron otra habitación que no tenía paños ni papel higiénico, el baño tenía problemas se caían las toallas y el inodoro no bajaba bien la cadena. Me desepciono.

Great beds and food but needs some renovation
Overall the stay was great. Service was great. The food was really good. We booked one of the rooms with ocean view because it was a special occasion. The room was rather dated especially the bathroom. The shower area was really tiny. We didn’t use the jacuzzi but it looked like it was from the 70’s. The beds were amazing, really comfortable. During check in, we didn’t get any info about breakfast service hours and/or location, wifi info, check out time, which I would have expected from a place charging $177 per night. Overall I felt it was pricey from what we got so if we ever get back, we won’t be booking the sea view room. Location is great, very close to the lighthouse.

¿ un 3 estrellas?
No limpian cuarto ni cambian toallas hasta que uno se vaya. Para nosotros fuerón 4 días. Tuvimos que reclamar el cambio de toallas. Finalmente hacen las cosas pero no es automático. Hay que reclamar, varias veces.

Cómodo pero con deficiencias
Falta de limpieza en baños y pasillos. Falta estante en el baño. Excelente desayuno y atención. Faltaban sillas en la habitación
