This place deserves 10 stars out of 5, its perfectly located, very close to the bus terminal, super market across the street, the host is super friendly, really lovely decorated place, PERFECT BEDS AND SHOWERS, good breakfast, luggage storage when you check out later, walking distance to everything, I don't think you can find a better place to stay in Punta Arenas. Probably one of the best places I stayed in Patagonia!

Disappointing I was really looking forward to staying here but was left disappointed. The common areas are lovely. The views are beautiful and location is great. I found the beds to be not too comfortable. There’s a little notice in the bathroom that if you take any of the little shampoo bottles they charge you $100usd. The products are nicer in the spa so we mostly showered there. Food was overall ok with some things being quite decent and some of it just being bad. My biggest complaint about this stay was the service. They were slow and quite inattentive. We’d be sitting at dinner 20 minutes on more than one occasion still trying to wave someone down to get service. Yes they are busy but even at the end when the entire room cleared out it was just as bad. On night two two of 6 people got their meals while everyone else got appetizers and no one else received their food for 20-30 minutes. On another occasion we’d be trying to order and the server would keep trying to leave before everyone placed their order. Every meal the service was problematically bad. The one thing I was looking forward to the most was a massage after my hike. I paid for a 90 minute massage which was $162. They started late and ended early cheating me out of more than 10 minutes of massage time. The actual massage was the worst I’ve had in my life and was not something I could have even classified as a massage. By the time it was over it left me feeling taken advantage of stressed out and angry.
