The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My family and I had a blast! We especially loved the Mongolian restaurant. My husband is still raving about the food! The beach experience was also great. The overall experience was wonderful. I would definitely go back.

Un hotel precioso con unas piscinas espectaculares, la comida muy buena y sobre todo me llevo la experiencia de conocer a tanta gente buena , los trabajadores un 10 tanto en los restaurantes como en los bares del recinto , sobre todo hago una mención especial a Edwin camarero del bar de la piscina muy rápido buen trabajador y atento , volveremos si duda

Estoy alojado en este momento De las dos batas que te esperan en la habitación a una le faltaba en cinturon, una de las toallas de playa tenía un pequeño agujero, si estás cosas le molestan mucho no contraten este hotel, pero es mi obligación decirles que NO SABEN LO QUE SE PIERDEN Les comento que la habitación es enorme, luminosa, buen vista, equipada (frigobar, aire acondicionado, ventilador, plancha, secador de cabello, batas, pantuflas). El baño muy grande, doble Bacha, jacuzzi, ducha. La comida en el buffet riquísima y variada. El personal sencillamente buenísimo, gentil, educado, simpático, colaborador. Todo el hotel limpio y en perfecto estado de conservación. Si les importa un pequeño agujero, no vengan, pero si le dan importancia al resto del comentario no duden en reservar ya mismo

We had a great time with the family at Bahia Principe Esmeralda. There are 7 resorts inside Bahia principe and you have access to most restaurants with reservations (free). You also have access to the pool at the fantasia resort but not the castle. Also Shout outs to Wandi, he is in the bar by the beach and he makes the best coco loco drinks!

Excelente para descansar y disfrutar. Fuimos con niño pequeño y nos solucionaron todo. Buena comida, excelente trato, playa y piscina hermosa, entretenimiento y shows nocturnos. Es un lugar al que volvería si pudiera. Recomiendo. Ideal ramilias

The property is very clean. I liked the pools and the beach. However, some of the staff were unfriendly and hostile, specifically staff who work at the restaurants and bars.

My family was not happy due to many questions were asked to the staff and the only answer we got was NO!!! We also got denied entrance to the fantasia hotel area for kids to enjoy the shows. No where in the web site ever said that no one was able to step in to fantasia hotel area.
Other thing that we were not happy was that the rooms had a toxic smell to them. My kids had to chance rooms due to the toxic smell coming from the sewer pipes. That was not a good thing. The beach area needs to be a bit more clean to much sea grass on the ground.
The dinning was horrible. The only area we enjoy was the main buffet because of the different types of food that were offer.
I'm not recommending this hotel if you have small children. Not much for them to do.
