Amazing location with a free shuttle to the airport terminal Staff and service were impeccable Very impressed indeed :)

There isn't a fridge in room.

Lovely hotel close to the airport so the convenience is like no other and the service is good and top of the line. Couldn’t ask for more for a hotel close by to the airport

Last minutes flight issues needed a room.

酒店就在機場附近，步行十分鐘，非常方便。到海邊也有shuttle bus接送，注意時刻表不要錯過了。酒店自助早餐品類不算太多，但麪包水果雞蛋和肉類都有。

The hotel is near the airport, ten minutes walk, very convenient. There is also a shuttle bus to the beach, pay attention to the timetable and don't miss it. There are not too many categories of hotel buffet breakfast, but there are bread, fruit, eggs and meat.

Hotel location is very good, just next to the airport

I was pleasantly surprised with the family, friendly atmosphere. Our first dinner we where greeted by a very friendly Mr Esequiel. He took our orders, gave recommendations to some of the foods and drinks that we might like and even helped me find a great place to propose to my future wife. Mr Esequiel’s daily, professional, kindness and warmth was something that myself and my fiancé looked forward to whenever we had our wonderful meals, drinks and desserts and of course his fellow colleagues were just as helpful. We felt like we where coming to have a meal with family there. My fiancé Marley and I will most definitely come back and stay here at Four Points Puntacana again. Thank you and Aloha for making our first Christmas and New Year together even more special. Because of the early flight and the hotel is near, I chose it! Old-brand hotel chains, management, service, facilities and equipment, hygiene and supporting facilities are all very good! 1.1 km from Punta Cana International Airport, about 5 minutes by car, the hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport, you can make an appointment in advance! Because the flight was too early, I didn’t have breakfast, I don’t know what happened! Slippers and toothpaste are not provided in the room. All the cups are disposable! The hotel is not on the beach, there is a burger shop and several restaurants nearby, two banks! There is no small supermarket, the water and snacks in the hotel lobby are super expensive, 4 times the price outside! The price is average!

My husband, 3 year old son and I stayed here in February. We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel  was very well maintained, and the staff was so welcoming. We hired a babysitter, Ingrid, who took such loving care for our son. She sent us photos and kept us updated on how he was doing. She also took him to see the entertainment for the night, which is where we found them having so much fun and dancing! Thank you, Ingrid! I wish I could remember all of the names of the staff who helped us, but they were all so gracious and professional. We look forward to staying here again!
