My biggest complaint is with the casino, because it is extremely difficult to exchange currency. I spent hours trying to withdraw dollars or pesos from the ATMs, and they were all broken. It is not possible to exchange currency at the casino cashier, which is absurd.

We arrived at the hotel at 3:20 pm and the room was only released around 4 pm. 1 day before leaving I ordered 1 hamburger for my daughter and it was not authorized, according to the receptionist I would have to go down and swipe the card again, as they would not have a guarantee of payment....
