Great front desk service every time in person.

Great spot… clean rooms nice landscaping and is right off i75 making for a quick travel to and from work

The location is nice considering it’s close to the airport however I would never stay here again. The place was shady, smelled bad outside, cigarette butts were everywhere, I could hear people talking all night outside, the sounds of I75 were annoying, air conditioning units were leaking liquid of which my 3 year old daughter wanted to jump in, minimal towels were In the room, pool towels were not provided, and I could go on and on. Despite the Holiday Inn Express being so close by I never experienced any of this including hearing I75 there. When I need a hotel prior to a flight in the future I will be going to Holiday Inn Express for sure!

Was a bit outdated but had some renovations done. Had a suite with no extra blankets (could have called but made do without).

It was a great place and I would stay again. Our flight was delayed and we had already left the hotel, but they allowed us to return and stay late in our room until our flight later that day. They didn’t have to do that and were so very kind about it. Our room was a suite which had plenty of place for 5 and the separation wall was nice to give everyone their own space. The pool was nice and clean. The breakfast was prompt, organized and clean. Everyone on staff was friendly. Thank you for a great stay!

Rooms were updated and super clean. Beds were a little firm, other than that, great place to stay!

Honestly hands down best stay in Florida going solo, perfectly clean, lovely pool, and wonderful staff. Includes breakfast which I loved and great area for Ubers and DoorDash.

Completely deceiving photos on the listing. It is more of a motel than a hotel. Doors to the rooms right off the parking lot to the outside. The bathroom door was peeling apart, the shower seams definitely showing wear, the rooms themselves getting outdated and a catfish version what’s shown in the listing pictures. There were people smoking outside frequently and the smoking ash tray/trash can was right outside our door. The AC when it kicked on rattled and buzzed like crazy. I guess you get what you pay for, just disappointed the pictures and reviews didn’t match our expectations. Next time we will stay next door at the Holiday Inn Express.
