This hotel located right on the main road and across the sea beach.Nice location. We took a sea facing room on 2nd floor. Every room is very small and a tiny cubby hole. Internet is name only. It does NOT work. It is not like it malfunctioned. It is just never available based on what I hear from other customers. There is an in house restaurant but it is nothing but a cheap dungeon. Eat only if food elsewhere is not available. Staff in general are good and well responding. Problem in my ass is the management - guys at Reception and the owner Mr Singh who is a penny pinching couch potato, sits all day on the sofa. We do NOT intend to come back to this hotel.

They scammed us and robbed us. We lost total 10 thousand rupees because of them. They asked us money repeatedly for booking. My father couldn't understand their motive and fell into their trap. Please be aware. They are evil people.

Total Fraud Amount: 4000 I searched the phone number of this hotel in Puri (Park Beach resort Puri) in Google. Someone contacted me soon claiming to be manager of the hotel. His WhatsApp account showing business account. He asked me to pay 50% of the total amount (7500) for 3days booking for ac room non sea facing. After I paid 3000, he again called me and asked me for paying full amount 7500+500 extra so that he will upgrade my booking to a sea facing room. I denied to pay remaining 5000 and paid 1000 instead. Then he again called me asking for booking confirmation and tried to trick me by giving me direction to go to Google Pay and send him a note and in amount section insert some value 7000. By then I understood his motive and denied to pay more.

Its a scam never book the hotel online if person deemed to hotel staff never give amount to any bank account no. Provided by them It totally fake.you will loose your money. They tried to fool you by giving discount.Totally waste of money and harrasment extra.

Ekdam fraud hai... there is no place in this name... don't book or transfer money +91 92195 55287 this no. Is fraud... don't go. After payment they denied and put your no. In block list but seen all the messages... don't call for any booking... all good reviews are fake don't fall for it

Booking contract number is fraud. Its basically a scam. All photos are fake too. They took my money and stopped receiving call. After several calls they tried to scam me again through Gpay. Google is becoming scammers place. Please check before any enlistment

Darty rooms , service are so so, service persons are rude, not well behaved at all. The free breakfast they serve like they are giving like u are beggar and they give you beg...if options available then you can go to other hotels. Oo one thing I forgot to say, if you stay there never take help from them, they will change separately for that

Excellent location. Good family ambience. Rooms are suffice for mid segment leisure travelers. Trustworthy Management. Restaurant staffs are very friendly. Rooms needs little bit of renovation specially intercom. Wi-Fi was working. Got 'Temple Darshan' assistance & good 'Car Rental' services. Overall safe to travel with family. Will stay next time here when visiting Puri

Housekeeping is awesome. Location is very good. All staffs are cordial. In restaurant except rice everything have to order in full plate. This is wastage of money and food. Otherwise food quality is good. Complimentary breakfast is heavy.
