Worst staff and rooms For family vacation we have visited this hotel on 21st April 2022. We are booked 3 rooms from Holiday home India office. We have reached hotel near about 5am on 21st Apr and interacted with manager Souvik. When we are asked to check in he was replying rooms are not yet vacant as previous guest are still in hotel. We have booked room no 301, 302, 402(for 1 days and rest 2 days room no 101) But when we request him to provide at list 1 rooms as we are having child and old persons he was not ready. After 2-3 mins he was all the rooms what we booked. The question is how the rooms are ready with in 2 mins. We are check in. And he was asking for rest money. What we said we will cleared all dues at the time of check out. But he was asking for money when we are going for bath or market. Is this the service? When a persons cleared 60% money at the time of booking? Now come to rooms. In room no 301- when we checked in we found wine bottles at rooms.we informed them but they are not in a state to clear. Room no 302- waa too dusty. No room service was happened. Even if they Have not changed bed sheet in 3 days. Lots of insects are under the bed. They are cleaned but after repeated information Now most pathetic room no 101. Nobody can stay over there.from holiday home they stay that no difference between other rooms than 101. Only sea view are not there. But the rooms was very pathetic condition. When we asked for change the rooms they change to 102. This rooms is for my brother in laws and his pregnant wife. We are checked in 102. But after few times there is no glass in bath room that from other building bathrooms are clearly visible. They said please mannage. We have shows the photo what we have seen in Holiday home India. They are replying that Holiday home India are make us fool. To show Victoria s room they sold slums room. When we asked the phone number of hotel Owener Souvik says he is only came to collect the money. None for any other action. If a Owener not looked this matters this type of situation will occur to visitors
