When booking the hotel failed to advise that the pool was closed for maintainace for the entire 3 days booking. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and paid more than we would normally pay because we wanted a pool

Clean, hospitable, food average and costly, pet friendly, sea view was good from rooms, smiling employees. Rooms are Not wheelchair accessible, have to climb a few steps to access lift. small Swimming pool available. Limited Parking available in front of Hotel on road. Sea is just across the road very very close.....that's the best part. Location: beside Lighthouse Out of 5 would rate 4 Overall good experience

Excellent sea view with newly branded rooms , we stayed for two nights with my family , had a great memory, food was so extremely good especially south indian Dosa they served Rs.150 was a fair rate in a luxury hotel. We received a very warm welcome by hotel reception staffs and services was really quick as we were expecting, the only thing there was no elevator facilities to the top floor ,rather than that rest all was just awesome.

We had an unforgettable experience with Hotel Prabhupada at Shree Jagannath Dham Puri. It's located close to the light house & newly constructed modern rooms and amenities especially services we received from Housekeeping and restaurant staff's during this 3 days that was satisfactory and they crossed our level of expectations. Starting from security to reception all are smiling faces with courteous and hospitable we found. Would recommend everyone to visit this hotel at least once to experience the difference as comparison to the other hotels I stayed in last couple of years . Good Memories, excellent hospitality management.

Thanks for the exceptional services during our stay, we are so happy as it was our first stay at Prabhupada, we were greeted so nicely upon arrival served delicious drinks too. Room was having a splendid view of the sea from the bed, new luxurious room. Service was top notch staffs are hospitable and friendly, they helped my father every time with the help of wheel chair, caring and supportive staffs were made our stay a comfortable one.

Thank you so very much for serving an exemplary dinner to us for two days we spent literally we had an amazing experience of dining and breakfast was satisfying with variety of choices with delicious taste. Ambience and architecture design was too good ,rooms are spacious and clean ,linens were fresh and absolutely new. Thanks to the restaurant team for the dedicated services and courtesy,will definitely like to visit next time too

The location of the hotel is good as it is bang on the beach. However, their staff is terrible, especially the housekeeping. Room upkeep is really bad, the room service is poor. You have to call in-room dining many times to ask for cutlery, which btw was not given with food. They never replenish their tea or coffee stock in the room. They never give you a fresh cup. The bathroom plumbing has an issue. Do not expect hot water. Also you may expect smelly washrooms. All the time. Again it may be due to some plumbing issues. Coming to food, only one word. Inedible. Do not ask for tea. You will get something which tastes like dishwater. We had lunch and dinner outside after our bad experience. Except location, the hotel has no redeeming features.

It was a pleasant stay.Room was good.Services could have been a touch better. The Service at breakfast buffet wasn't up to the mark.Rest all was okay.It was an uneventful stay.Its a safe environment for a family stay.Overall I would rate 4out of 5.
