Very pleasant experience in purnea. Great food, very courteous staff. Prompt service. And very nice rooms.

Service was terrible for room service and cleaning of room. It takes minimum of 40 mins for any order and the staff were un apologetic about it.

Hotel management should know if you just build a property its not suffice, service and humbleness is the key for hospitality. Stayed few times here but staffs especially front office is mannerless and having high attitude. Food quality also not good either too oily or too spicy or saltless. No laundry in property. should learn how to speak to clients. You are not lady elizabeth

We had a comfortable stay here. We enjoyed a lot as it was a trip with friends. Well maintained property and well appointed infrastructure. Good ambiance and huge Area surroundings. We enjoyed a full day in Pool as it was too hot outside. Staff were very polite and hospitable.

We visited Purnea to explore nearby and we choose to stay here at Mayfair and it meets as per our expectations. It's a resorts property with Greens lish plants and ample Landscape area. From entrance to the Lawn you will feel like you are in Himalays, it's very cozy and clean. Rooms were very spacious with a living area. Swimming pool gives a charming feel in the morning bath in these hot days. Food was also amazing and delicious. We will surely come here again

One of the best property in the City. Beautiful Landscape around. Hotel is filld with Gym, Swiming pool and lawns. Rooms were spacious and cozy. Staff were very humble and courteous. Food was amazing (Specialy Litty Chokha, one of the Traditionl dish of Bihar. Hotel gives you the feel of Resort with Folk culture of Bihar. I must visit again and recommend ny friends. Keep it up.

The best part of staying in this hotel is area, hotel has large area to enjoy beautiful stadium and garden, temple. I stayed so many hotels but staying in this hotel gives you peace, staff is very cooperative they understand their guest value... I appreciate their efforts... The girl at the reception who took my checkin was very helpful. Thank you mayfair will visit soon.
