Great Experience. All staffs were supportive.. Had a great pre wedding shoot with best experience. Food was good too . Best location in Bihar . All management staffs were collaborative and supportive. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The check-in process was smooth, and the team was incredibly accommodating with all of our requests, which made the whole experience stress-free. The hotel’s ambiance is both elegant and welcoming, providing a beautiful setting for our pre-wedding events.

Loved the place ,environment ,vibe and service.We went for pool side lunch , pool was clean and well maintained . Taking about the lunch ,it was actually snacks ,having burger nachos and drinks It was a perfect dayout with family in summers.

Super Experience !!!! Luxury hotel ... Excellent infra , Super Ambience , peacefull surroundings !!!! Excellent facilities ...Gym , spa , swimming pool , walking track , pool table !! Excellent food ... Excellent Service . Didn't expect hotel of this level in Purnea .

A new hotel, spent allot on Nice interiors, but lack substance. Has a heritage look. Rooms are really large and the balcony was fantastic. Staff was curtious. Negetive, the water in the tub was rusty, ...!!!!!!! Washrooms were smelly, due to the drainage system. Exhaust in the bathroom was noisy. Food was good 👍 👍 both breakfast and dinner. Slightly overpriced for what they are offering.

Beautiful place to visit with family apart from room which also seems power pack but the restaurant outlet is very beautiful, morning buffet breakfast is very delicious with this views make you morning extremely energetic and then staff nature behaviour feels to true service providers.

We had very comfortable stay in mayfair purnea, I would appreciate staff efforts to male pur stay beautiful. The beauty of this hotel is awesome. Room is spacious. And the temple area greenery is just wow will come very soon. Thanks team to making this stay wonderful.
