The best hotel in Purwokerto. The location, facilities, food, room are superb. The price is also very reasonable for the experience you get. Highly recommended for a family stay. Cool!

I have booked 2 nights for my be loved partner in the late month of October. Attention for Food and Beverage Department. The service needs more improvement, particularly for restaurant staff for clearing the table. Needs more attention towards Buffet Menu - “Slice Fruits”, requires more varieties….not only just water melon, pineapple and honeydew melon…! I believed there is Mango season right now. It would be nice if Mango can be included in the future. Handling for front office staffing…were under staff and therefore it caused a long queue. I hope this can be improved for my next stay personally and especially from overseas long flight and for my chosen Wedding Venue towards end of 2022 as well….

That's it, lazy to review, there are only two 4/5 star hotels in PWT that have the best service, Java Heritage is one of them. Complete staff everywhere, cars washed (cottage rooms), complete amenities, joss facilities, gym feels like a paid gym, complete, swimming pool is wide, clean, etc.

The hotel facilities are complete, it's just that I didn't get the room I ordered. The room does not match what is pictured. A bit disappointed too but overall comfortable staying at Java Heritage.

The location is quiet and it is easy to get around Baturaden. Hotel with the most amenities in Dongne sauna club swimming pool bar etc.

Very Clean Hotel….Purwokerto City Center Close to the Culinary Center….The Check In & Check Out Process is Very Fast….The Breakfast Menu is Very Varied

This hotel is noisy. Very annoying. Live music from the 5th floor can be heard up to the lobby floor. Banging. Deafening. And it can arrive at 11-12 at night. Every night. If you are looking for a hotel to rest, don't stay here.
