Room is nice and comfy, but some people ruined our experience, by playing music, drinking, smoking and fighting late at night (2AM)
The staff tried to control the situation but they had no authority over these entitled customers.

We stayed at Pushkar retreat resort Pushkar only for a night while we were at Pushkar. The rooms are neat and clean. The services was also good. The owners was very friendly and helpfull. We had breakfasts at the property's which was also amazing. Overall we had a hassle free stay at pushkar.

By the way, this was my first trip, i enjoyed it a lot, there were many animals there, i played with them and it was a very quiet place, there was a view of the mountains behind, i enjoyed it a lot.

The property is good, green, nicely located in terms of greenery and peace. The pets, three rabbits, one husky, one tortoise, two chicken were the usp. Staff was polite. But overall there were lots of scope for improvement. The rooms could have been better with ventilation. Fans were running on highest speed with non working regulators. Ac remote was non working. No room kettle, no dryer were provided. Food was average and less options were available. The place is away from the main temple and ghat. About 45 min walking. The booking with breakfast doesn't mean any good. They have only aaloo paratha and poha in option. But the staff behaviour was good

The place is not what I was expecting it to be after reading so many good reviews. Cons 1. Far from the main centre, temple, lake and market 2. Normal rooms with average amenity. No kettle, no dryer, no iron. The fan runs at the maximum speed only and cannot be lowered. 3. Food average or even below. The tea is always extremely sweet and cold despite several requests. Water was not given even after several reminders. 4. Room price much higher than what they should have been charging. Pros 1. Nice green property 2. Staff is polite, like a smart bahu who says yes to everything politely but never does what you ask her to do.

Overall express was so good. The hotel management anf staff members are so friendly even hotel is hygienic and their pets are so friendly they have cute rabbits and turtles
