The location of the hotel is very nice as its close to the Mall and also 1stop away from the metro , the hotel is clean and highly recommended

Very close to Arche de la Defense and a huge shopping complex where you can find the metro as well. Quiet location and yet quite central. Friendly staff & always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

We have been for a couple of days in this hotel and had an excellent room on the level of a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was sufficient and the location is not far away of the subway. 10 minutes walk. You can park your car in the garage downstairs and the price is € 18,- for 24 hours, which is top for Paris. The people of the hotel were very friendly as well and the entrance, as later on.

Exactly what you expect from an Ibis Styles hotel, good location near La Defense, comfortable and clean rooms and a great breakfast. My only complain is the room ventilation. However, in my opinion the stay is worth the price.

This week I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. On my first night I woke up in the middle of the night feeling itchy and I could feel there was something in my bedsheets. I turned the lights only to find out there was about a dozen bedbugs in my bed and pillows. Imagine the sensation!!! This horrible things were all over my head, my face and my body.... I took some pictures and recorded some video as well. I went down to the lobby and asked for a room change, which they did. The morning after I spoke to the manager and showed him the video. He couldn't believe it and said the hotel was brand new. I showed him allthe bites on my face, neck and arms. He offered they would compensate me somehow, and and offered an apology. Later that day I found out that they had compensated me with the glorious amount of 6,000 fidelity points, equivalent to €100!!! I went back and respectfully told themanager that such comepensation seemed ridiculous. He agreed and offered to increase it to an amount we agreed verbally. As I got back home, I checked my Accor fidelity point balance. They increased the compensation but clearly not in the amount we agreed. Terrible experience x 2: bedbugs + false promises.

For once, I leave a review before even leaving the establishment. It is a very beautiful place. The best Ibis Style I've been to: the room is great (701) with a nice view of Parisian gardens. It is spacious, clean with a nice bathroom. Special mention for the modern, large and functional shower. The towels are soft. In terms of reception, it's perfect, no surprises. The lobby lounges are welcoming. We'll see about lunch tomorrow but I know in advance that it will be good.

Hotel very well located 15 minutes walk from the Parvis de la Defense. Attentive, available and helpful staff. Very comfortable bedding, quiet in the hotel, very good insulation. Very rich and diverse brunch! To do again! I advise

Very clean. No bedbugs. Very nice breakfast buffet with fresh orange juice, perhaps a little slow in restocking. Smiling staff. Check in online and very friendly welcome Water and hot drinks available at reception.

A good hotel in a good area, which is very important for Paris. Polite and friendly staff. Good sound insulation. Cleaning of the room every day. Good breakfast. You can get from the metro by bus, the stop is just opposite the hotel
