Since it is nearby a business district, you can consider staying here if you are on a business trip. However, the soundproofing is relatively noisy, and the central air conditioning in the hotel will completely let the smoke into the room if there are other people smoking on the same floor. The hotel corridor is hygienic. Not good, there are no cleaners cleaning every day, but the customer service is pretty good

I was glad that there was a microwave oven at the front desk and warmed it up. Good service with forks and knives provided. Beautiful room! Quite far from the station.

Parquet slats that are falling apart, a shower curtain that is falling apart, non-existent insulation (the heating is a joke, it works as it pleases). For breakfast: laughing cow, cheese for croque monsieur in plastic, industrial pastries... Canal plus displayed on the facade? Yes clearly as for everyone in fact... frankly it's better to own your 2 stars than to tell fables to claim to be a high-end hotel

Clean but basic and basic hotel. Really the bare minimum. We went there for the weekend and we were told that breakfast is only possible on Saturday but that it is not possible to benefit from it on Sunday. We think that as there were few customers in the hotel that the manager did not want to do the buffet. Frankly we have the impression that it’s à la carte and only when it suits him. Not very serious. Room ok, nothing more.

We stayed 3 nights in this establishment, we caught bedbugs on our bodies, large pimples appeared. We did not report the problem during the stay because we did not know what it was. We thought it was just itching, spider bites and temporary pimples but no. Once we got home, we went straight to the doctor who confirmed that these were indeed pimples caused by bedbugs. Immediately, we called the establishment back to report the problem, the gentleman at reception began to be incomprehensible on the phone and worried about the comments we were going to put on Booking instead of asking our status and apologizing. . Also the shower curtain is very dirty with blue color on it. in short, room 301 “named Henri IV” never accept it, there are bedbugs unless you like bedbugs. Also, the gentleman confirmed to me on the phone that from the first day we arrived he didn't like us (that is, if he didn't give us the bedbug room on purpose). also note that he is in a hurry to post this comment and respond to us.

Super friendly and helpful welcome. Room and environment a little dated. Breakfast sufficient but not great. All this goes well thanks to the kindness but the price is a little high for these few small regrets. Parking and metro a little too far away. In short I will try another hotel next time

The rooms are OK. Breakfast is just ok but fresh for the bread. The reception is correct. Nothing subjugating and doubts about the cleanliness of common areas. On the other hand, it is one of the cheapest in the area. Small problem: the price displayed in the rooms is not the one indicated to customers when booking.
