很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，環境很好，前台服務好，辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，房間智能控制，前台工作人員001，010，015服務態度端正，東西都比較齊全，早餐東西很多，味道不錯！！
酒店至碼頭免費接送:非常人性化，很好。

設施：住的家庭套房，兩室一廳兩獨立衞浴，房間很大不壓抑，裝飾很新。
衞生：很乾凈
環境：離蓮池澳碼頭也就50米吧，晚上可以逛蓮池澳夜市~
服務：打電話跟前台説的都很及時處理，因為去的人多，多送了幾張早餐券，感謝012號前台服務。
酒店至碼頭免費接送:有，但是要提前約好。

近年來同價位入住體驗最差的一次，沒有之一。
晚上七點入住，次日七點退房。
1，交通接駁。提前兩小時預約，打了四次電話預訂，抵達後才派車來，並額外等15分鐘才坐上車。
2，聲音環境。房間外共享充電寶的機器，廣告循環播放一夜，一直睡不着，甚至出現幻聽。
3，前台服務。上訴反饋感知前台後，裝傻充愣沒有行動措施，就給打發了。
4，早餐體驗。烏泱泱一羣人，垃圾亂堆，收拾不及時，心情糟透了。
