Arrived late at midnight. greeted by friendly security whom asked us to drive straight to Carpark which is nearby and carpark is at basement. He offered to unload our baggage n send to our room but we chose to park first and unload ourselves. Then he ushered us to the next level to check in at reception at hotel lobby. The hotel is huge with many buildings but each building only 3 levels .. so the guy at reception usher us to our building. The hotel exterior is a bit old n dull but inside has been refurbished with modern looks and amenities. Took the king guest room..no bathtub..room facing other guest balcony. So we close our curtains most times. Breakfast is very very good spread and facing lake. Very nice view. All the hotel staffs are warm and friendly. Nice gym. So many spots to chill and relax. Theres abt 5 swimming pools at different locations and the kids pool is huge with many waterplays.

My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton PJ was excellent. The service was outstanding, and the room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options. I also enjoyed the well-maintained pool and fitness center. The location was convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining. Overall, a great choice for both business and leisure stays!

Easy to parking..need to validate Check in bit slow due to peak hour,but recep girl is Ohsome Room is nice,view mabeles..but no light at balconi Varieties of Breakfast..A+ Pool n landscape all is A +

Summary: An excellent destination for staycation with its welcoming atmosphere. But some area needs improvements... Will only be coming back if got promotions. Tips: For executive guests, opt for breakfast buffet at Makan Kitchen instead of Executive Lounge for more varieties/choices. Pros: Fast check-in & check-out. Friendly frontdesk staffs. Beautiful hotel & great ambience. Room is clean. Lovely pool, epecially children's. Free Hilton's welcome cookies & cocktail. Extensive list of tv channels to choose from. Comfortable bed. No deposit required. Cons: Executive room size is modest. Balcony visible to next door guests. Small closet. Slipery bathroom floor. Air-condition quite warm throughout our stay, not able to adjust the temperature. Not so comfortable pillows. Loathe the room carpet design. Not much breakfast buffet choices at Exexutive Lounge. No bath tub. No bidet. No direct lift to basement parking from Wing 3. Offer only discounted parking rate.

Location superb.. Very private place to stay.. Everything was great. Will stay again in future.

The place is absolutely gorgeous. The room is clean albeit not very spacious, especially for Muslims to pray. The breakfast buffet is good with variety of choices. Playpool is spacious for kids to play around. The lake-facing swimming pool is best visited during sunset. Overall an amazing experience staying here. Will definitely come again.

For my kiddos yes the hotel is friendly kid to them..so many facilities for kids. but not for me..I'm lost everytime I go to the lobby hotel..so many wing.the hotel is not clean.so much dust,blanket dirty toilet smell not good.

Advantages: 1. Huge territory 2. Easy access to Marina Putrajaya 3. Swimming pools(but shallow), gym Disadvantages: 1. Very slow check in with really strange questions(did you book one room, only one room for a couple??) 2. Old and dirty towels, i forced personnel to replace them, but it took about an hour In general, would recommend to stay here

The food is superb Hotel service is good Good location Kids having so much fun with the splash pool

Quite hard to find outside food 🙂 overall the experience was great and my kids love it. 🥰
